As a seasoned gamer with a soft spot for narrative-driven adventures and a fondness for the ’90s aesthetic, I am beyond thrilled about the impending release of Lost Records: Bloom & Rage by Don’t Nod! The dual timeline setting between 1995 and 2022 promises an intriguing blend of nostalgia and modernity that I find irresistible.
As a gaming enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that the creators at Don’t Nod have unveiled some exciting news about their upcoming game, “Lost Records: Bloom & Rage”. Instead of one big launch, they’ve decided to roll it out in two captivating parts. The first chapter is set to drop in February, and I can hardly wait!
In the intertwining narratives of 1995 and 2022, protagonist Swann captures her idyllic summer on a camcorder, engaging in dialogues that are influenced by Lost Records’ interactive dialogue system. This system adjusts your responses based on where you focus and what you say, while the ability to interrupt or disregard other characters adds authenticity to the conversations.
The game titled “Lost Records: Bloom & Rage” is set to release for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC platforms. The initial part, known as ‘Tape 1’, is scheduled to debut on February 18, 2025, followed by ‘Tape 2’ on March 18, 2025. Take a peek at the gameplay trailer below for a sneak preview.
