Lorraine Kelly shared that her husband, Steve Smith, sends her playful messages when she wears a bolder outfit on her ITV program.
The popular TV host, now 65, met her future husband, Steve, who was working as a cameraman, while they both worked at TV-AM in the 1980s. They later married in 1992.
I’ve always admired how private Lorraine is about her marriage, but she recently let us in on what she believes is the key to their incredibly happy and lasting relationship – it was so sweet to hear!
She told The Mirror that she and Steve are still attracted to each other, and that he playfully flirts with her by sending complimentary messages even when she’s broadcasting live.
She admitted that while those details aren’t the most crucial, they still matter.
He has a peculiar habit: whenever I wear something slightly revealing on TV, he’ll send me a quick text message saying, “Nice cleavage!” It’s his way of showing appreciation, I guess.
