29-year-old Rosie is the sole child of the breakfast television host and her spouse Steve Smith. She shared the news of her pregnancy back in April.
On Sunday, Lorraine posted an adorable photo of baby Billie’s hand on Instagram, excitedly announcing: “I couldn’t wait any longer to share this fantastic news with you all! Baby Billie is a heavenly angel, and I have no doubt that Rosie and Steve will be the most wonderful parents.”

Rosie added: ‘Baby Billie Kelly Smith-White is here 29-08-2024.’
It seems as though she’s always been present, making us wonder what purpose things held prior to her arrival.
‘I’d heard how amazing midwives are but they are genuinely walking angels – she’s been welcomed into the world with so much love already.’
In May, it was confirmed that Rosie was expecting a baby girl with her partner Steve, and she expressed her intention to give the child a name deeply rooted in her Scottish ancestry.
Rosie shared with HELLO! that they had discussed the topic extensively and both felt a strong desire to start their family at a relatively early age, allowing their own parents to be involved for as long as possible.
Additionally, she was eager to acknowledge the child’s Scottish heritage in selecting a name, yet she confesses it’s proving challenging to find an appropriate choice.
She shared that she was eager to establish a link with Scotland, as we already had a Scottish boy’s name decided, but finding suitable names for girls is challenging. She’d appreciate having more choices.
On her ITV program, Lorraine shared the excitement with viewers about Rosie’s pregnancy, exclaiming, “I’m becoming a grandmother! Isn’t that thrilling? I might as well be called Granny Smith since my surname is Smith!”

Earlier, Rosie expressed that she couldn’t be any more thrilled regarding her upcoming addition. Subsequently, the podcaster posted a picture of herself smiling as she showed off her growing belly in a mirror selfie.
She held her expanding belly while announcing that she was 12 weeks along in her pregnancy, writing on the post: “We are beyond thrilled – you’re already cherished little one.”
