Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have sold their $15 million home after almost two years on the market. They first listed the property in February 2024.
According to TMZ, the couple’s $14.95 million property is now in contract, following their announcement of a split after 28 years of marriage.
Actress Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, purchased the six-bedroom, three-bathroom house in August 2020 for $9.5 million. They had initially hoped to sell it for $16.5 million.
The property listing, managed by Tomar Fridman of The Fridman Group and Marc Shevin of Douglas Elliman, describes the modern farmhouse as being located among beautiful olive tree rows.
Inside, the home offers a comfortable and stylish design with beautiful maple floors and a high ceiling. These features create a spacious, open feel.
The homeowners chose calming, neutral colors to create a relaxing atmosphere throughout the house. Large windows in the living room bring in plenty of natural light.

The kitchen features beautiful white oak cabinets, elegant marble countertops, a large island perfect for cooking and gathering, and top-of-the-line appliances.
Right off the kitchen is a relaxed eating space, and a roomy entrance leads out to a large patio.
The formal dining area can easily seat a dozen people and looks out on the spacious grounds.
The house includes a climate-controlled wine cellar along with a custom home theater.
The new owners can take advantage of the fully-equipped home gym.
The primary suite includes dual bathrooms.
You can relax by a warm fireplace and enjoy the view of the mountains from a comfortable seating area.
After becoming involved in a major college admissions scandal in 2019, Loughlin and Giannulli bought the house as a way to simplify their lives and move to a smaller home.

In May 2020, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli admitted guilt related to charges of conspiracy in the college admissions scandal.
Loughlin, known for her roles in Full House and the show’s revival on Netflix, was sentenced to two months in jail, a $150,000 fine, and 150 hours of community service after admitting guilt.
Lori Loughlin, known for her role as Aunt Becky on the sitcom Full House, started her prison sentence in October 2020 at a federal facility in Dublin, California, and was released the following December.
Giannulli was sentenced to five months, a $250,000 fine, and 250 hours of community service.

He started serving his prison sentence in November 2020. About a month before his release, in April 2021, the fashion designer was allowed to finish his sentence at home.
The announcement of the sale happened shortly after the couple ended their nearly thirty-year relationship, which produced two children.
Earlier this month, Elizabeth Much, who represents Lori Loughlin, told The Daily Mail that she and her husband are separated and taking some time apart.
‘There are no legal proceedings at this time,’ she added.
