As a long-time viewer of Loose Women, I can honestly say that this set change feels like a significant milestone in the show’s history. The new sliding doors entrance adds a touch of elegance and modernity to the panel, making it feel more inclusive and interactive.
Loose Women has marked the “end of an era” with a big set change for their 25th anniversary.
Yesterday’s (September 2) episode of the ITV daytime show began as the hosts walked in unison through fresh, sliding doors that led straight to the stage behind the panel.
Straight from backstage, the authentic Loose Women Instagram profile shared a post displaying panelists Ruth Langsford, Coleen Nolan, Dame Kelly Holmes, and Brenda Edwards receiving instructions from a colleague about their fresh entryway setup.
Ruth explains to the camera, “We’ve found a fresh access point; it’s like learning to walk again. I could really use this, but be careful because there seems to be a space that could potentially snag our shoes.”
In a casual, understandable rephrase: Colleen observes they both have high-heeled shoes on, saying, “Oh, we’re wearing heels.” The scene shifts to Brenda, who confidently declares, “I came equipped with some pumps!”
Warning to mind the step, Ruth declares: “So nothing to worry about at all.”
Yet, Coleen jokingly foresees that one day, this incident might end up on the show titled “It”l Be Alright on the Night.”

Brenda encourages her coworkers to join in with some pumpkin-themed music too, exclaiming: “Alright ladies, let’s get into the mood! After all, who doesn’t want to get excited?”
Later on the program, Ruth commented on the altered entrance while both she and Colleen confessed their pre-show jitters.
“I thought, ‘Don’t fall over!’” Ruth told the audience.
As a devoted fan, I’ve noticed a significant shift that’s been buzzing among us, and Rylan Clark, our beloved presenter, aptly put it: “This marks the end of an epoch!”
Loose Women airs on weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
