Loose Men will welcome three new panellists when it returns to ITV1 in May.
Once again, Loose Women will return for Mental Health Awareness Week on May 15th, engaging in a variety of conversations focusing on challenges faced by men in today’s society.
In the latest promotion, longtime host Craig Doyle assures viewers that all topics are fair game as he welcomes first-timers Charles Spencer, Sam Thompson, and Dr. Amir Khan to the panel of The Loose Men.
Discussion topics will encompass contemporary aspects of fatherhood, relationship counseling for couples, and strengthening familial ties with one’s siblings.
Before making his debut, Charles – the brother of the late Diana, Princess of Wales – expressed: “It’s such an honor to join forces with Craig, Dr. Amir, and Sam.
Being a part of this program is truly inspiring, as it aims to motivate countless men to prioritize self-care. Not only will it be an enjoyable experience, but I’m eagerly anticipating each moment of it.

Sam, the newcomer, expressed: “I’ve had a long-standing desire to be part of Loose Men. I’ve participated in Loose Women and Men previously, but this is my first time on the Loose Men panel, and it’s truly delightful to be joining Charles, Dr. Amir, and Craig.
Without a shadow of a doubt, there’ll be plenty of amusing moments during our midday meal, but what excites me even more is the prospect of genuine, sincere conversations. It’s truly an honor for me to be part of this panel, and I eagerly anticipate the experience.
According to recent studies, men tend to focus more on checking sports outcomes rather than monitoring changes in their own bodies. Consequently, Craig is going to undergo a comprehensive health checkup from head to toe, as Dr. Amir provides tips on self-care measures viewers can practice at home.
Dr. Amir expressed his great enthusiasm about becoming part of Loose Men, as it provides an opportunity for him to shed light on a matter dear to him: men’s health.
Men frequently struggle with expressing emotions or investigating symptoms when they’re not feeling well-balanced.
I’m going to present crucial indicators and warning signs regarding health issues that are vital for both men and many women to recognize. It’s not just significant but absolutely essential to have a heightened awareness of our overall well-being, including physical and mental aspects.
Caring for yourself isn’t a sign of weakness; instead, it shows wisdom. Let’s challenge the stereotype, foster open discussions, and empower more men to lead longer, healthier, and happier lives.
Upon his comeback to the well-liked daytime program, Craig remarked, “I’ve taken my seat once again on Loose Men, and this time I’m accompanied by an extraordinary new panel that includes an Earl, a Physician, and a former ‘King of the Jungle’!

It’s crucial for us guys to communicate openly, share some good-humored moments, and ideally inspire others who are watching by demonstrating that it’s perfectly fine to bond with your friends through both conversation and laughter.
Additionally, I will share the findings from my comprehensive health examination conducted by Dr. Amir, emphasizing crucial indicators you can monitor yourself at home.
‘If I can do it on television, you absolutely can too.’
Loose Men is set to return to ITV1 and ITVX on Thursday 15th May, from 12.30pm.
