In reality, Vanille Velasquez, her voice actor, is preparing for a genuine refuel, as she collaborates with singer and streamer Nishi Nuggets in a fresh VSinger project. Vanille Velasquez becomes Vi in new VSinger project
On July 31st, Filipino voice actress Vanille Velasquez announced her transition into the VSinger era, adopting the name Vi. Known for her roles as Neon in VALORANT and Zeri in League of Legends, Vanille’s announcement sparked a significant reaction on social media platform X. Following this buzz, she unveiled that she would be collaborating with Nishi in a new musical project titled ENVY. Notably, Nishi Nuggets recently debuted her VTuber career on YouTube.
In the announcement post, fans had a more detailed view of both characters – Vi for Vanille, with her VSinger persona sporting dark tresses, a chic black outfit, and a striking purple jacket, and Nishi, who was shown in a fashionable black-and-orange attire, accentuated by her adorable brown hair.
The twosome has shared that they plan to unveil a restricted number of animated episodes, each influenced by the tunes they intend to perform. However, specifics about this project are yet to be disclosed.
Passion for music
These two musicians aren’t new to working together on music. Since 2021, they’ve been putting out covers of well-known tunes, including hits from famous League of Legends teams such as K/DA and True Damage. Their latest cover, “What It Sounds Like,” is a rendition from the Netflix animated series K-Pop Demon Hunters.
