Lollipop Chainsaw remaster release date brought forward
As a seasoned gamer with decades of gaming under my belt, I must admit, I’ve seen some oddly named games in my time, but Lollipop Chainsaw RePop takes the cake. However, the excitement over this remaster is real, and the fact that it’s coming sooner than expected has my heart racing like a sugar-fueled school kid on Halloween.
Get ready for an earlier-than-expected release of “RePop: Remastered Lollipop Chainsaw,” the humorously named reboot of the equally amusing original title, Lollipop Chainsaw!
The initial launch date for the game, which was set for September 25th, has been updated by developer Dragami Games to be on September 12th instead.
While it’s not a significant delay overall, moving it up a couple of weeks would be quite important for those eagerly anticipating the game.
As a dedicated gamer, I’ve noticed that Dragami Games has been actively listening to my concerns about their remake. The buzz around town is about the “realistic approach” in graphics, the absence of Suda Goichi and James Gunn from the development team, and the omission of the original soundtrack’s licensed music – a common frustration with re-releases.
Now we don’t have long to see how the remaster of this cultish game will stack up.
As a gaming enthusiast, I’m super excited to share that the digital release of LOLLIPOP CHAINSAW RePOP is set for September 12! This thrilling adventure will be available across North America, Central and South America, as well as Europe. Mark your calendars because this one’s a must-have, and the retail price has been confirmed at $44.99. Get ready to slice and dice in style!
