In China, champions square off in the game of League of Legends. The teams from LPL (League of Legends Pro League), BLG, and LNG are set to face each other, with BLG currently holding the second spot after defeating MAD Lions. LNG, now with Scout back in form, aims for more than just a third place and demonstrate its worth. Who will emerge as the reigning champion of China?

  • Gen.G vs Top Esports

At the pinnacle of League of Legends competition, it’s a showdown between the top two leagues globally – LCK vs LPL. The MSI 2024 champion, Gen.G, is going head-to-head with runner-up Top Esports from the League of Legends Pro League (LPL). This match promises to be among the most exciting of the day as both teams strive for victory. In their last encounter at MSI 2024, Gen.G emerged victorious in the upper bracket. Can Top Esports turn the tables and avenge that defeat?

Bilibili Gaming vs LNG Esports

Match Recap: Victory for LNG

The opening match featured a fierce contest between two colossal Chinese teams. Filled with tension and evenly matched play, the outcome remained uncertain as anyone could potentially claim victory. The initial skirmishes erupted with the emergence of the first three void squads. Although LNG appeared to be gaining the upper hand, Bin’s K’Sante proved remarkably tanky, while Elk’s damage output was significantly higher. BLG seemed to have a firm grasp on the game. The strategic pairing of Bin and Elk, coupled with their masterful understanding of the current meta, provided a substantial edge for BLG.

Unexpectedly, LNG’s Scout pulls off a stunning turnaround – thanks to a skillful play by injured Yone and an ultimate on three BLG members, Scout significantly altered the course of the game in favor of LNG.

Originally, we weren’t sure if Scout could take part in Worlds 2024 due to the challenges we faced. However, we managed to address those issues, and now, we deeply appreciate and treasure this opportunity with Scout.

Zika, LNG

In this intense matchup, Scout proved relentless as he capitalized on BLG’s momentary lapse in focus. With Weiwei’s Nocturne and Zika’s Rumble providing massive support, and Bin being out of commission thanks to Poppy’s ultimate, LNG seized their opportunity for victory. Hang cleverly baited the play, causing BLG to falter, eventually leading to LNG’s triumph with style. What a fantastic display of skill from both teams!
