Sharing the source of her inspiration for her newest song, Lauren mentions: “I’ve always been captivated by that brief instant prior to a kiss – the few seconds filled with excitement as you wait to see what happens next.

In this tune, I found myself immersed in the essence of those early encounters with someone captivating. It’s as if I wanted to freeze time, savoring those moments, hoping they’d last an eternity.

The popular musician was equally specific about the video and cover design, mentioning, “Additionally, I had a mood board featuring pictures of people with glitter on their lips – a detail I’m quite fond of incorporating everywhere. This visual element served as a significant source of inspiration for our songwriting process.

Under the production of andysocialclub and Slwmo, the song titled ‘Before The Kiss’ will be released. This track is set to join its predecessor ‘Wonder’, both appearing on the artist’s first extended play album ‘Wonderlust’. Expected release in the year 2025.

This year, the captivating track ‘Wonder’ significantly boosted Lauren’s popularity, making its debut on Radio 1’s Future Pop Show. Additionally, the talented singer performed this song recently at The Hundred, sharing the stage with Cat Burns, Nell Mescal, and Zara Larsson last month.
