Lizzo’s Shocking Weight Loss Transformation

As a lover of all things wellness and self-expression, I couldn’t help but notice Lizzo’s stunning transformation that she recently shared on Instagram. In a series of empowering photos posted last Thursday, she showcased her journey towards embracing her body, which includes a remarkable weight loss, in a way that exuded confidence and radiance. She wore lingerie that complemented her new physique beautifully, further emphasizing the importance of self-love and acceptance.

36-year-old “The Truth Hurts” singer, known for sharing her weight loss experiences on social media since 2023, showcased alluring designs from her brand, Yitty, which specializes in shapewear.

Just a few days have passed since the celebrity took a jab at President Donald Trump during her recent appearance on Saturday Night Live over the weekend.

The Grammy-winning artist was spotted wearing a hot pink, lace bra and coordinating bottoms while taking a mirror selfie in a sizable bathroom, momentarily pausing her activities.

In a post for her 11.7 million followers, Lizzo (whose birth name is Melissa Viviane Jefferson) wrote: “Lace smoothing is making a comeback at yitty.

The songstress initially launched the brand back in 2022 in collaboration with Fabletics.

Apart from shapewear and intimate garments, Yitty additionally provides customers with clothing options like dresses and comfortable lounge wear.

Recently, Lizzo has been showcasing her weight loss progress by sharing new photos highlighting her trimmer figure, as she continues on her transformative journey.

Back in January this year, the singer, who refutes claims of using Ozempic, confidently shared that she had successfully reached her target weight.

On Instagram at the time, she posted: “I accomplished it! Today, when I weighed myself, I met my weight loss target.

As a lifestyle expert, I find myself astonished to realize that it’s been six long years since I last encountered this particular number. This moment serves as a powerful reminder of the potential within each one of us. Let’s seize the opportunity and set our sights on fresh aspirations! It’s high time we challenge ourselves anew!

Previously this month, on an episode of the On Purpose with Jay Shetty podcast, Lizzo shared that she prefers to say ‘weight release’ rather than ‘weight loss’.

She acknowledged her boyfriend Myke Wright and shared, “My partner is such a jokester. It was him who initially pointed out the situation to me. At first, I thought, ‘Wow, I’ve lost five pounds,’ but he playfully asked, ‘And where did it go?’

‘I was mad at him, I was like, “Why would he say that?” but he was like, “Where did it go?”‘

In her own words, the creator behind “Good As Hell” clarified that she wasn’t aiming to ‘lose anything,’ but rather, she was striving for victory – to ‘come out on top.’

Lizzo emphasized the importance of carefully choosing her words, recognizing that many young individuals are observing her actions and absorbing the energy she’s sending out.

‘They’re applying it to their own experience and their own life just like I did when I was a kid.’

Later on, she opened up about how the media’s portrayal of weight gain and loss affected her brain function.

‘Be careful with your words because it can affect somebody in ways you don’t even know.’

The performer stated, “I acknowledge that my action of letting go of the weight impacts others significantly, and I hold that accountability. Consequently, I wish to transform this influence into something that reassures people and alleviates their fear associated with it.

Last March, during an interview with The New York Times, Lizzo shared that she has been deliberate in her weight loss journey, taking it slow and steady.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: When it comes to shedding pounds, just like many others on a similar path, I’ve found that weight loss is surprisingly sluggish. It’s not something you usually recognize as it happens, but rather when you take a moment to step back and appreciate the progress you’ve made.

In the same vein as last year in September, I, being a devoted follower, recall that the star refuted ‘Ozempic accusations’ by means of a post she published on her primary Instagram account.

In that moment, she posted a brief video of herself, standing adorned in a vibrant, satin gown with her hair styled simply in a low bun.

She inserted text at the bottom that said, ‘After 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit, you may encounter ozempic accusations.’

Subsequently, Lizzo posted a snapshot of a remark made by a social media user, who insinuated that she was using Ozempic or cocaine.

The singer recently posted new selfies on Instagram, following her critique of Trump regarding his latest tariff policy.

During the recent SNL episode over the weekend, she was spotted passionately singing the words to her song Still Bad as she took center stage.

She wore a set of tiny shorts, fishnet tights, and a short top with the word “TARRIFIED” written in bold red letters. During her act, an image of the American flag was displayed behind her.

Some individuals expressed their support for Lizzo on social media. One person wrote, ‘Lizzo’s shirt reads “TARIFFIED” – I can’t breathe from laughter!’, while another commented, ‘This is absolutely iconic, I don’t care what others may think.’

On the other hand, others held contrasting views when they expressed, ‘She should impose a tax on some of the food she consumes.’
