Lizzo’s Comeback: New Song and Controversy Spark a ‘New Era’ in Music!

Fans of Lizzo were thrilled late on Thursday evening as they heard her unveil a brand-new song, marking the first release from her in the past two years.

36-year-old artist and hip-hop performer recently released her latest song titled “Love In Real Life,” along with a matching music video, following some hints about the upcoming track in the past few days.

The leading track will appear on a forthcoming album with the identical title, slated for release towards the end of this year.

Lizzo’s new phase begins following accusations of sexual harassment by several backup dancers, which she has refuted.

But in December of last year, a judge removed Lizzo as a defendant in the case.

Lately, the popular artist is drawing attention to her remarkable weight loss, leading some fans to speculate that she might be using medications similar to Ozempic for such impressive outcomes.

In her Love In Real Life video, Lizzo has a night out at the club that goes horribly wrong.

She’s introduced in a long stone corridor that looks as if it could have been part of a castle.

I perch at my dressing table, gazing into an imposing mirror, adorned in a stylish, low-necked pink bustier and a grandiose robe boasting fluffy pink feathers on the sleeves.

The musician-composer, with a wild, unkempt hairstyle, faces the camera as it revolves around her while also catching glimpses of herself in a mirror, looking straight at her face.

Then the vanity unexpectedly begins moving down the hall while Lizzo is still seated at it.

All of a sudden, the scene shifts to find Lizzo seated in the front passenger side of a vintage Cadillac, cruising through a charming, seemingly European metropolis, with her friend behind the wheel.

They head towards a nightclub, finding Lizzo dancing energetically while wearing a brown-and-black checkered leather jacket, a deep-cut black tank top, and see-through black shorts that stop just above her waist.

However, the dancers synchronizing with her gradually began to stare lewdly at her and make threatening gestures, causing her to sense that something was wrong.

As it seems like an imminent assault, Lizzo swiftly flees along a lengthy hallway, ending up back on the urban streets.

But as she runs down a cobblestone street, the other dancers cut off her only exit and advance.

It becomes apparent to her that there’s a severe problem when, due to the use of prosthetics, everyone’s faces seem to have liquefied.

However, it appears that Lizzo decides to turn a challenging situation into an opportunity. Once she halts, she tightly shutters her eyes, and upon reopening them, she and the dissolving zombies synchronize their dance moves once more.

Eventually, her female companion arrives in a Cadillac, and she jumps onto the hood, continuing their ride together.

2023 saw a new musical release from Lizzo, following a lawsuit by three ex-backup dancers alleging sexual harassment and discrimination.

In response to allegations made in a sexual harassment lawsuit, Lizzo swiftly released a statement on Instagram soon after the filing.

She firmly maintained that the assertions were false, and furthermore, she suggested that the accusers had earlier been cautioned for engaging in behavior deemed as “improper” and “unprofessional.

In addition, she also responded to accusations involving a surprising banana-related sexual act, where the women alleged that Lizzo had invited cast members to consume bananas from naked performers’ genital areas, during their time in Amsterdam.

She was later dropped from their lawsuit.

Three upcoming concerts are scheduled for fans to witness Lizzo debuting her fresh tunes: March 12 in Los Angeles, March 16 in New York City, and March 18 in her hometown Minneapolis. Ticket pre-sales kick off on March 5.
