Lizzie Cundy’s Glam Gold Dress Steals Show at Pre-Birthday Bash with Ruth Langsford

She turns 57 this weekend.

On Saturday evening, I joined Lizzie Cundy for her pre-birthday festivities, which included a lively ladies’ night on the town filled with laughter and good spirits.

As a lifestyle aficionado, I found myself gracefully accompanied by the radiant Ruth Langsford, a fellow single lady of 65, during our recent soiree. Needless to say, I turned heads once more, donning a dazzling golden gown that accentuated my style.

Last night, I had the pleasure of joining Lizzie and Ruth, along with two other friends, for a delightful evening out at Bacchanalia in Mayfair. It’s always a treat to experience the vibrant atmosphere and exquisite cuisine this venue has to offer!

She wrote in the caption: ‘Having pre-birthday fun! With @ruthlangsford, @liztaylorconsultancy, @bacchanalialdn, and @taylorlynncorp.’

At the event, Ruth, elegantly dressed in a white suit, expressed her delight by posting: “Always a fantastic, enjoyable night!

As I stepped out for an exciting night with the ladies, I decided to keep my followers in the loop by sharing on my Instagram Stories. I couldn’t help but share my excitement, letting them know I was off to enjoy a night out!

She sported a stunning appearance in her white jacket, paired with black pants, and flaunted a bouncy blow-dried hairstyle with her golden locks.

Over the past Easter weekend, I had the pleasure of accompanying model agency owner Paul Cavalier to a trendy spot in London. On this special occasion, I, Lizzie, decided to add a touch of elegance with my choice of attire.

Star donned a stylish, striped suit that accentuated her cleavage on her way to Sheesh, accompanied by Paul – the head honcho at Nevs Model Agency.

Lizzie was arm in arm with Paul as they enjoyed a cozy evening together during the bank holiday.

The event took place subsequent to Lizzie revealing the less-than-glamorous reality of being a Bond girl, as shown in the 1995 film Goldeneye.

In an exclusive interview with TopMob, the ex-WAG and popular TV figure shared her on-set ordeal, likening it to a challenging and difficult period, similar to ‘hell’.

In the initial James Bond film starring Pierce Brosnan, Lizzie stepped in as a stand-in for Famke Janssen during the iconic sauna scene, where the character Xenia Onatopp attempted to choke Bond using her legs.

As an ardent admirer, let me recount my astonishment when Lizzie unveiled that Pierce, now 71, with nary a stitch but a towel adorning him, was the hairiest man she’s ever encountered. With a chuckle, she voiced her concern about potentially collecting ‘fur balls’.

‘He was a lovely bloke, so funny and we got on like a house on fire, but so hairy, like an otter’.

She managed to secure the part at the eleventh hour because she shared similar dimensions with the Danish actress. However, a significant portion of her time was spent idling in a minuscule trailer that carried a strong odor of fish.

Additionally troubling, upon arriving at the filming location, Lizzie remarked that Pierce’s stand-in had an unpleasant odor as well. During our rehearsals before Pierce came, we were unfortunately subjected to his stand-in’s foul smell.

She chuckled, saying, “I had to rehearse with a fellow who reeked, and his body odor was unbearable. It wasn’t glamorous, and it certainly didn’t pay well.

Although Bond films had massive budgets of over a million pounds each, Lizzie disclosed that she was paid just £250 for her contributions to the movie. However, she was gratefully given an invitation to the 1997 release of Tomorrow Never Dies.

It may seem enticing, but the reality often involves a lot of idle time. Movies are not always as enchanting as they appear.

Previously, Lizzie shared an incident that left her feeling extremely awkward when it occurred during her second movie collaboration with Pierce.

2021 saw her share on Instagram an account of an incident that took place during the filming of Tomorrow Never Dies, where he unexpectedly found her and a companion in his trailer, using his toothbrush there.

She shared that fortunately, he accepted it graciously, showing a charming sense of humor and a sparkle, reminiscent of Ireland, in his gaze.

Lizzie, an experienced actress from London’s Central School of Speech and Drama, penned: ‘Fortunately, he responded with grace, and we all shared a laugh and headed out for a beverage together!’
