Lindsay Lohan shared on Instagram Monday how she’s maintaining her fitness routine, looking ahead to 2026.
The actress, age 39, recently shared a picture of her two-year-old son, Luai, and also posted a black and white photo of herself working out on an exercise machine.
She was wearing a long-sleeved shirt and leggings and seemed to be using a Pilates reformer.
The photo, taken from the back, showed the celebrity’s hair tied up in a bun while she worked out.
The caption read, ‘Strong body. Clear mind. Open heart. Hello new year.’
Within minutes the picture received thousands of likes from Lohan’s 16.4 million followers.
The former child star recently celebrated the New Year by posting a video with highlights from 2025.
The video montage showed sweet moments with her family and friends, like her husband, Bader Shammas, and Jamie Lee Curtis, her co-star from ‘Freakier Friday’.
Her caption read, ‘Thank you 2025 for the love, the memories, and the moments that mattered most.
Starting 2026 feeling happy, centered, optimistic, and incredibly thankful for my wonderful life, my husband, my son, and the love of my family.
Oh my gosh, you guys, Lindsay Lohan finally posted a picture of her and her little boy enjoying the snow day! It’s the cutest thing ever – a real mother-son moment, and I’m absolutely living for it. I’ve been following her for years, and seeing her as a mom just makes my heart melt!
She had a huge smile on her face while crouching down to the tot’s level and reaching for him.
Luai, born in July 2023, looked incredibly cute in a dark blue hooded jacket covered with car designs.
As a mom myself, I totally get wanting to celebrate those special milestones! Over the summer, I shared a really heartfelt post on Instagram to celebrate my little one turning two. It was just a sweet way to express how much joy they bring to my life.
Oh my gosh, she finally shared photos from the little one’s birthday! And the caption? So sweet! It’s like she’s letting us all in on a tiny piece of their perfect family life, and I’m just… living for it. Seriously, 16 million of us are getting a glimpse of pure happiness right now!
