66-year-old celebrity from Loose Women, confirmed that she and her husband Mark parted ways back in November of last year. They had been married since 1990 and have two children, Louis (age 32) and Bobbie (age 28), together.
Speaking on best magazine’s Suddenly Single podcast this week, the presenter opened up on the possibility of meeting someone new in the wake of her split.
Linda confessed that she felt apprehensive about dating because she hadn’t shown herself undressed to Mark, and she made it clear that she wasn’t comfortable with others seeing her naked either.
She mentioned that someone invited her out for a drink recently, but she declined. She admits she might have been fearful. Since her husband hasn’t seen her without clothes, she didn’t want anyone else to either. She typically wears old-fashioned nightwear, which isn’t particularly appealing, is it?

She strongly felt that destiny had led Mark to her, as it turned out they accidentally met years later when their families were strolling in the neighborhood park with their three-year-olds.
In an unforeseen meeting, it came to light that Linda’s daughter had inquired from Mark whether he could provide them with a ride home.
Afterward, he drove us home, and subsequently invited me out on a date. That day, it seemed like fate since I had known him for my entire life, yet had never viewed him in that light before, as I mentioned.
Following this, Mark invited Linda on what seemed like a date, but she admitted she wasn’t certain if it qualified as such. Regardless, they ended up at a nearby Italian eatery.
Before getting married to Mark, Linda had been with her former spouse, Tony Tyler, for 11 years. They were blessed with a daughter named Lauren in 1983.
Despite facing numerous difficulties, she revealed to the Loose Women audience in 2017 that her former partner was unfaithful multiple times, including during a pregnancy with Lauren.
One time, I had gone somewhere, and Lauren accompanied me. Upon my return, the apartment appeared normal. However, on the night of that very day when I wanted to sleep, I shifted the pillow and found a tissue marked with lipstick, along with long, blond hairs.
Linda stated: “I recollect telling my former partner, ‘What is this?’, to which he replied, ‘One of my friends stayed with their partner; I presume it’s hers.’ Yet, there are some things you just instinctively understand, don’t you?”
