As an avid fan, I’m thrilled to share that the future of “The Lincoln Lawyer” series has been secured! With the exciting news of its renewal for a fourth season on Netflix, I can hardly wait to see what twists and turns the next chapter will bring.
This legal drama, inspired by the book series penned by Michael Connelly, chronicles the life and work of defense attorney Mickey Haller (played by Manuel Garcia-Rulfo), who tackles a variety of cases set in Los Angeles.
Following three triumphant seasons, it has been officially announced by Deadline that a fourth installment is in production. This new season will consist of ten episodes and will draw inspiration from Connelly’s 2020 novel titled “The Law of Innocence.
In the upcoming cast, Garcia-Rulfo will once more work alongside Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole, and Angus Sampson. The threesome will return to their respective characters: Lorna Crane, Izzy Letts, and Cisco Wojciechowski.
According to reports, Actress Neve Campbell, who previously played Maggie McPherson for just two episodes in Season 3, is expected to take on a more significant part in the forthcoming season. Filming is set to begin next month, with plans for distribution towards the end of the year.
Ted Humphrey and Dailyn Rodriguez are eagerly looking forward to sharing more tales about Mickey Haller, and they’re particularly excited because they’ll be filming The Lincoln Lawyer once again in the vibrant city of Los Angeles!”
Or simply:
“Ted Humphrey and Dailyn Rodriguez can hardly wait to continue Mickey Haller’s adventures and are thrilled to be shooting The Lincoln Lawyer in LA again!
Our production is, in numerous aspects, a heartfelt tribute to our city and a nod to the timeless genre of Los Angeles film noir. Following the devastation of the wildfires, we feel incredibly thankful and privileged to contribute tranquility and optimism to the affected community.
Returning victorious from his recent court triumph, defense lawyer Mickey Haller, known as The Lincoln Lawyer, is stopped by police officers on his way home. Upon searching the trunk of his vehicle, they discover the lifeless body of one of his previous clients.
Haller has an intricate understanding of the legal system. He’s been accused of murder. He’ll need to construct his defense while incarcerated. The upcoming court case will be the most significant one he’s ever faced, as Mickey Haller will act as his own lawyer during the trial.
Given the solid proof pointing towards his innocence, Haller understands he’ll need all his legal strategies to show he was set up. Merely being declared not guilty won’t suffice; he aspires to identify the genuine culprit – for him, that’s the rule of true freedom…
