The actor alluded again to his divorce when he was asked whether or not he was OK.

He mentioned that while endings can be challenging, he’s opting to view this as a time for personal development. He finds it beneficial to keep himself occupied with work and also to explore a more profound spiritual journey.

I believe I’m managing quite well. This isn’t so much about triumph, but rather discovering my way through – figuring out how to tread water, essentially. It’s a process of learning to let go and adapt, making this experience less about myself.

When it became public knowledge that David and Lily had separated, the Daily Mail learned that David was in a romantic relationship with a younger costume designer; however, they opted not to reveal her identity.

According to a colleague, it was revealed that David had been unfaithful to Lily. It appears their affair started during the film they both worked on together. The informant, who observed their behavior on set, noted that their relationship wasn’t particularly discreet.

It’s stated that Lily, who encountered David through the exclusive celebrity dating platform Raya, was reportedly devastated and suffering deeply upon finding out that her spouse had discreetly re-signed up on the app without her knowledge.
