Lily Allen performs a racy dance in a lacy mini dress before posing with Dakota Johnson as she shares SNL behind-the-scenes bits

I was so excited to hear Lily Allen was on Saturday Night Live! Apparently, before the show, she was having a blast backstage, even doing a really fun, playful dance. And then, to top it all off, she snapped a picture with Dakota Johnson – they’re clearly good friends, and it looked like a great night for both of them!

The 40-year-old Brit Award winner shared a steamy video clip to her Instagram Stories. The video, originally posted by Interview magazine editor Mel Ottenberg, showed the singer gracefully falling to the floor.

Lily looked stunning in a short, lace sage green dress. She paired it with shiny black tights and heels, showing off her legs.

In other photos, she was seen getting close with actress Dakota Johnson, 36, and SNL comedian Chloe Fineman. Fineman first posted the picture on her social media account.

Oh my gosh, seeing Lily was like a dream! Dakota and Chloe were totally mesmerized, just gently touching her – you know, a little cheek here, a hand there. And she was absolutely radiant, draped in the most amazing pink fur! It was everything I’ve ever hoped for, honestly. She just glows!

The incident happened right after Dakota kissed Lily, making a surprise appearance during Lily’s performance of ‘Madeline’ on Saturday Night Live.

Lily, who recently released her album West End Girl in October and sings about her breakup with David Harbour, was finishing the song when Dakota arrived, playing the well-known character Madeline.

The song appears on her newest album, and within it, she alludes to David’s infidelity – hinting that his mistress is named ‘Madeline,’ though this name is likely an alias.

Near the conclusion of the performance, Madeline finally shared her perspective, with Johnson reading her statement while she stayed out of view behind the stage curtains.

I’m so sorry you’re hurting. I definitely don’t want to add to your distress. He mentioned you knew about this and had agreed to it.

She added, ‘If he’s not telling the truth about this, please tell me. I really don’t like dishonesty, and I don’t want to be involved in any lies.’

He also said, ‘Feel free to contact me whenever you need to – whether you have more questions or just want to talk.’

The American icon then stepped out from behind the curtains to stand directly behind Allen. 

Some people in the audience cheered when they realized who the actress was as she put her hands on the singer’s shoulders.

‘Love and light, Madeline,’ Dakota said before tilting her head to lay a kiss on Allen’s cheek. 

After the performance ended, the two stars hugged, and the audience burst into applause.

Lily also referenced to ‘Madeline’ in another song on her latest album titled Tennis. 

She was overheard singing a song that went, ‘I read your messages, and now I wish I hadn’t. I don’t understand why you’ve been pretending to be someone else.’

‘If it was just sex/I wouldn’t be jealous/You won’t play with me/And who’s Madeline?’

Okay, so I just read this interview, and she said Madeline – the Madeline in both songs, the one everyone’s losing their minds over – is… fictional? Like, a made-up person? Lily and David, 50, started dating in 2019 after connecting on the Raya app. They quickly fell in love and got married in Las Vegas the next year.

The couple broke up when the singer found out about his three-year affair, and reportedly saw his profile on the dating app Raya.

According to a source who spoke with the Daily Mail earlier this year, David was unfaithful to Lily. The affair reportedly began on the set of a film they both worked on.
