Lil Baby Drops Exclusive ‘My Turn’ Vinyl to Celebrate Five-Year
Lil Baby is commemorating a significant achievement – the fifth anniversary of his groundbreaking album “My Turn” – by launching a special vinyl edition in two unique colors: Blue Jay and Tangerine. This album, initially released in 2020, propelled him to superstardom, securing him his first number one on the Billboard 200 chart and being named the year’s best-selling album. With more than 14 billion streams and almost achieving diamond certification, this project continues to exert a powerful influence over hip-hop music in the last ten years.
In addition to releasing the vinyl drop, Baby maintains his dominance in hip-hop with the debut of his latest music video for “Redbone,” which features GloRilla. This energetic video, directed by Gerard Victor, showcases Baby hosting a luxurious poolside party filled with models, while GloRilla delivers her unique charm and forceful lyrics.
As a dedicated fan, I can’t help but feel pumped when I spin the tracks from Baby’s newest album, WHAM. This record skyrocketed to the top of the Billboard 200 charts, making it yet another chart-topping project for him. Lil Baby is all set to embark on the WHAM tour, a world tour named after him, starting this June. The North American tour will feature performances in cities like Atlanta, Miami, Brooklyn, Chicago, and Los Angeles, with BigXthaPlug, NLE Choppa, and Loe Shimmy joining for selected dates.
