On a yacht cruise around Florida, Kate Cassidy showcased her well-toned figure in a vibrant pink swimsuit ensemble, celebrating her friend’s 24th birthday.

26-year-old Liam Payne’s deceased partner left spectators awestruck as she donned a delicate pink bikini top and a floor-length, pink lace skirt that matched the top.

At the age of 21, Kate posted an authentic photo of herself, mentioning that her sole cosmetic enhancement back then was lip augmentation. By the time she turned 22, she went on to have treatments like cheek and chin fillers, as well as Botox injections.

Yet, Kate openly confessed that she overdid it by having excessive filler treatments, resulting in a rigid, frozen-like appearance on her face, which she believes made her look older than before.

At age 22, she admitted that she had perhaps overdone it with the cosmetic enhancements; she opted for cheek fillers, chin fillers, lip fillers, and a full face of Botox.

Subsequently, Kate disclosed having undergone rhinoplasty, presenting pictures from her profile view demonstrating the alteration in her appearance prior and post the surgical procedure.

The influencer, who was in a relationship with Liam for two years prior to his untimely demise, openly confessed that while she doesn’t necessarily require a nose job, she desires one because of feelings of self-consciousness.

She stated: ‘Previously, this was my natural nose. I never required a rhinoplasty, but I feel it’s important to clarify that. For years, I’ve felt self-conscious about it, and it’s something I’ve longed for.’

Kate disclosed that she had earlier gotten rid of her cheek and chin fillers, only to have new quantities injected at a later time. Similarly, she adjusted the amount of lip filler she previously had.

In a recent update about her look, she mentioned that she currently uses both Botox and fillers, yet emphasized that she doesn’t have an excessive amount, without providing more specifics.

She revealed that she had her cheek fillers taken out and had approximately a half syringe injected on each side of her face, a half syringe in her chin, and likely about one and a half syringes in her chin area.

I opt for Botox treatments, but not excessively; therefore, I retain some wrinkles. As for a nose job, it’s important to understand that such alterations are permanent, and mine remains unchanged throughout my life.

‘I ditched the eyelash extensions and grew them out myself, so that’s all I’ve done to my face.’

Fans swiftly flooded the comment section, lauding the celebrity for her openness and expressing their admiration by saying she was ‘stunning’ regardless of whether it was before or after her surgeries.

Kate’s endured a tough stretch following the unfortunate demise of her boyfriend, Liam from One Direction, towards the end of last year.

On October 16, 2024, Liam, who was 31 years old, passed away tragically in Buenos Aires, Argentina, following a fall from a hotel balcony. An autopsy revealed traces of alcohol and cocaine in his body.

Kate has been openly sharing about her grieving process on social media platforms, and earlier this week, she posted some previously unshared personal messages with Liam.

Eight months after his passing, she posted a collection of photos featuring herself and Liam, expressing that she is perpetually grappling with the void left by her cherished companion. She confessed that the depth of her sorrow escapes verbal expression.

One picture depicted Liam donning a T-shirt bearing her name and multiple images of her face, with both of them standing together, beaming cheerfully.

Additionally, the influencer posted a snapshot of messages from Liam, expressing his affection towards her on August 1st, which was only two months prior to his unfortunate demise.
