Liam Payne’s Final TV Appearance Approved by Family After Tragic Death: Fans Get One Last Glimpse
Liam Payne’s relatives have given approval for his last television appearance to proceed, offering fans a farewell look at the talented singer.
Prior to his tragic death at the age of 31 in October, the ex-singer from One Direction (now deceased) had covertly recorded an episode for a Netflix talent show.
Last year, the show “Building The Band” was filmed ahead of time, and it featured Liam as part of an illustrious jury alongside Nicole Scherzinger from the Pussycat Dolls and the renowned Kelly Rowland, a member of Destiny’s Child.
There was concern among insiders that either the entire series could be canceled, or Liam’s appearances might be reduced, as a tribute to the deceased actor.
But producers have now confirmed it will go ahead – with the full support of Liam’s loved ones.
According to a source, The Sun reported that Liam’s family had an opportunity to watch the entire series prior, and they expressed approval by giving it their consent. Furthermore, the source mentioned that Netflix collaborated closely with Liam’s family to ensure the final version’s tone was appropriate.

In simpler terms, they expressed that during filming, Liam was exceptional, making everyone happy that viewers will witness the genuine version of him for the final time. When the show is aired, it will bring a mix of joy and sadness.
As a devoted follower, I can express that Netflix has taken extraordinary steps to ensure my family’s satisfaction. The producers graciously shared the footage with us, keeping us well-informed about what lies ahead. With their approval, I am confident that everything will run smoothly.
TopMob have contacted Netflix for comment.
Building The Band shares a resemblance with The X Factor, as it’s a platform where individual musicians are gathered and united to create a fresh new music ensemble, similar to how Liam was initially discovered.
The movie was shot in Manchester, mere months before Liam’s untimely death occurred at the Casa Sur Hotel in Buenos Aires.
Host AJ McLean from the Backstreet Boys, during the production of the show, shared heartfelt thoughts about his close connection with Liam. He referred to Liam as a beacon of light and disclosed that the program would be a tribute to Liam’s legacy.
He shared with The Sun that they invested approximately six weeks working tirelessly for fourteen hours each day inside a recording studio, exchanging tales. They spoke about music, existence, and staying sober.
Building The Band aims to find groups of talented singers from across the nation.
Every competitor seeks compatible bandmates for the contest primarily through shared musical skills, emotional bond, and talent.

Throughout the competition, the contestants will have full autonomy at every turn, yet the judges can’t wait to observe how skillfully each performer handles the spotlight, cameras, choreography, and audience presence.
Based on Netflix’s announcement, viewers can anticipate an abundance of drama, exceptional craftsmanship, and memorable acting.
Last year, Executive Producer Cat Lawson expressed that ‘Building The Band’ represents a daring and adventurous journey for everyone involved, as we empower the singers to create their own group, prioritizing camaraderie above all else.
She asked: ‘Disregarding physical appearance, can they establish a stronger bond with their fellow musicians?’
In a situation where resources are scarce, challenging choices and pulse-pounding instances are unavoidable. However, despite these hurdles, the end result is nothing short of extraordinary – bands emerging that, in my view, deserve to grace the grandest stages!

In August of the previous year, Liam was spotted capturing footage for his movie, exactly two months prior to his tragic fall from a hotel balcony in Argentina, which occurred on October 16th.
The medical authorities confirmed that his death was due to a severe condition called ‘multiple traumatic injuries,’ which happens when someone experiences numerous serious injuries throughout their body.
After his sudden passing, there arose concerns about whether the series would persist, as fans implored the streaming platform to keep it running.
Building The Band was Liam’s final project before his death.
