Two days past, a 23-year-old Texas model requested her legal team to send a “cease and desist” notice to the popular singer, following allegations that he had been persistently reaching out to her.
Multiple individuals reported to the news outlet that Payne tumbled from his hotel room, CasaSur Palmero, around 5 in the afternoon on a Wednesday.
It’s thought that emergency responders have set up shop outside the hotel, as a large red tent has been pitched there.
Investigations into the 31-year-old’s death are ongoing.
