Liam Payne’s drama teacher says she was ‘humbled to have him in her life’ after his tragic death as she recalls the hilarious moment he bought his pet TURTLE into school

She said: ‘I want everyone how he changed the music industry, they were the first boyband to be put together and go global.
I hope people will recall him not just for his music industry accomplishments, but also for the charitable acts of kindness he performed.
“I’ll always cherish him because of his silly, little jokes. He used to come here for rehearsals, and his wish for a turtle (terrapin) on his birthday was quite heartfelt.
‘And his Mum had bought him a terrapin and he wanted to show everyone this terrapin he had.
He once delivered that item to me, and his enthusiasm was palpable. They resided quite a distance away, approximately 25-30 minutes, making our interaction brief. So, he jokingly said something like “Here you go,” but then added quickly, “It must be returned now as it can only stay out of water for an hour.” The humorous moments we shared are etched in my memory forever.
‘He was my friend and for that I’ll have those memories, for life, I’m humbled the fact that I have him in my life, in lots of different aspects, but I’m humbled that he was my friend.’
As I eagerly follow updates on Liam’s tragic demise, it appears the detectives are hot on the trail of two potential eyewitnesses – individuals who might have been the very last souls to cross paths with him before his untimely end.
On Wednesday, Liam tragically lost his life immediately following severe injuries, resulting in both internal and external bleeding, after falling off a third-story balcony at a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Currently, Argentine detectives are on a search for two women who previously interacted with Payne at the Casa Sur hotel, as they were present the evening prior to his sudden demise.
According to Infobae’s report from Argentina, it is claimed that two women departed from the hotel yesterday, having spent time in the lobby awaiting a famous individual.
It appears that the women had no role in his demise, yet the police are optimistic they might provide insights into Payne’s last moments, which occurred approximately at 5pm local time when he fell to his death.
Four days before Payne’s demise, Kate Cassidy, his girlfriend, had headed back to Florida. She informed her online audience that she felt the need to return home, as their originally scheduled five-day excursion had been stretched into a fortnight.
Over time, additional information has surfaced regarding the events leading up to Payne’s demise. A guest residing at the same hotel as Payne remembered hearing what sounded like aggressive noises.

Following the dissemination of concerning images, supposedly captured in Payne’s suite, by Argentine media outlets, including prominent newspapers, there appear images showing white powder, charred aluminum foil, and a shattered television screen.
Police discovered that Popstar Payne had tragically passed away. Their investigation revealed that medications such as clonazepam, a drug commonly used for managing epilepsy, muscle spasms, and anxiety disorders, were present at the scene.
Minutes before his passing, there was an urgent phone call made to emergency services from hotel personnel, reporting a disturbed gentleman, possibly intoxicated by either drugs or alcohol, causing destruction in his room.
On September 30, Payne and his partner, Kate Cassidy, touched down in South America. Contrary to their initial plans of a five-day stay, they decided to prolong it for a fortnight, spending additional time in Argentina.
On October 2nd, at the Movistar Arena in Buenos Aires, Payne had the pleasure of meeting up once again with Niall Horan, following his lengthy journey.
On October 12th, following her statement in a TikTok video that she needed to go home, Katie (age 25) returned to Florida, leaving Payne to stay behind and check into the Casa Sur hotel by himself, at a nightly rate of £230.
48 hours prior to his passing on October 14th, it came to light that Payne’s former fiancée, Ms. Maya Henry, had initiated legal action, alleging that he was persistently harassing her and using his followers as a tool of aggression against her.
Liam’s family has expressed deep sorrow over his passing at 31 years old. They shared that Liam will always be cherished and remembered in their hearts.
