Liam Payne leaves fans in shock as he makes ‘misogynistic and hypocritical’ comment to girlfriend Kate Cassidy
As someone who has been following Liam’s career since his One Direction days, it’s disheartening to see him struggle with health issues and delays in his music comeback. I remember the excitement we all shared when he announced his tour and new album, only for it to be postponed due to a kidney infection. It seems like life has thrown him more lemons than he can handle!
Liam Payne is facing criticism due to a remark perceived as disrespectful or demeaning toward his partner, Kate Cassidy, which some have labeled as misogynistic.
30-year-old celebrity from One Direction became a trending topic on social platforms when Kate, aged 25, posted a TikTok clip featuring them displaying their stylish ensembles before an evening date in Manchester.
In a casual yet clear manner: As Kate detailed her attire – a tailored black vest and short pants – Liam, gazing straight into the camera, commented nonchalantly: “She’s looking sharp; finally dressed modestly.”
Fans were taken aback by his statement, flocking to social media platform X to highlight the irony in his words, considering his past actions such as posing without a shirt and releasing the song “Strip That Down.”
They commented: ‘“Looking good, nice and covered up for once” ???? Girl i know you faking that laugh at the end’; ‘meanwhile these are his insta stories’; the fact that he would always claim to be the “nice” and “kind” one from 1d…. yikes! a soon to be raging misogynist [sic].’

Regardless of the ongoing speculation, it became evident that there were no issues between Kate and Liam, as they were spotted together later on, holding hands at Sexy Fish restaurant.

It emerged last month that Liam had postponed his plans to share everything in an upcoming documentary, as he is dealing with some health issues and has chosen to concentrate on his music instead.
Initially, he intended to reveal details about life in the boyband and his battles with addiction, but according to The Sun, the movie plans were put on hold and Liam chose to discontinue his involvement in the project.

In a backstage video captured while he was working on his latest album, the artist could be spotted shedding tears.
2021 has posed significant health challenges for the celebrity, as he spent time in an Italian hospital due to a kidney infection during the summer months.
He was forced to cancel his tour after being ordered to ‘rest and recover’ by doctors.
“I wish there was better news, but unfortunately, I haven’t been feeling well lately.”
Due to a severe kidney infection, I was admitted to the hospital. Since then, I have been told it would be unwise for me to travel and perform on tour at this point in my recovery process.
I currently have supportive individuals aiding my recovery at home, however, we must adjust the tour schedule.
