Liam Gallagher’s sons Lennon and Gene post adorable unseen childhood snaps as they join Noel’s daughter Anais in sharing sweet tributes to mark the final date of the Oasis reunion tour

Oasis finished their comeback tour on Sunday night with a final concert in São Paulo, Brazil.

Sixty thousand fans saw Liam and Noel Gallagher finish their incredible series of concerts, and their children were in the audience to share the moment.

Liam’s sons, Lennon, 26, and Gene, 24, shared heartfelt messages about their father and his music, looking back on a wonderful year.

Lennon and Gene shared sweet, previously unreleased childhood photos. Gene captioned his post with a message of congratulations to his father, calling the tour ‘the biggest in the universe’ and referring to him as ‘The GOAT’.

Lennon said it was the best year of his life and expressed sadness that it had come to an end, stating he’d never forget it.

Noel Gallagher’s 25-year-old daughter, Anais, shared photos on Sunday of herself and friends having fun at concerts around the world. She described it as ‘the greatest year of my life, spent with the greatest people, soundtracked by the greatest band,’ echoing similar sentiments from her cousins.

‘What was once thought impossible became possible. 41 shows. 142 days. A lifetime of memories.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed to making this event so special, and especially to all of you who came and shared the experience with us – singing, laughing, and supporting us along the way.

I’m a huge fan of Oasis, especially their Live 25 album, but my greatest appreciation goes to the Gallagher brothers. And with that, one last time: “That’s rock ‘n’ roll, baby!”

Since Oasis reunited with a concert in Manchester last July, Noel and Liam Gallagher’s children have been traveling the world with the band.

Before their first show, the band members all got together for what felt like the picture of a lifetime at Heaton Park. It was amazing to see Gene, Lennon, and Anais with Noel’s other boys, Donovan, who’s 17, and Sonny, 14. It really felt like a special family moment before everything kicked off!

Liam has two children from different relationships: Gene with Nicole Appleton, and Lennon with Patsy Kensit. Noel also has children with two different partners: Anais with Meg Mathews, and Sonny and Donovan with Sara MacDonald.

Now that the tour is over, people are already wondering what Noel and Liam Gallagher will do next.

Sources suggest discussions are already underway about a possible comeback, including options like releasing a new compilation album, playing concerts at venues such as Manchester’s Etihad Stadium, and even returning to Knebworth for a show.

Noel Gallagher once put together a collection of Oasis songs from after the year 2000, including some of their less well-known tracks, but the project was cancelled because Liam didn’t approve.

In 2023, Noel reflected in an interview: ‘He wouldn’t have it in the end, I don’t know why.’

After the band’s recent and very successful return, they are now considering several ideas, including re-releasing that album.

According to a source close to the tour, it was a huge success. The performers, who are brothers, are now planning to take a break to fully appreciate everything they’ve accomplished.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m hearing that both Noel and Liam Gallagher are planning some serious downtime after this tour. It sounds like they both need a good stretch to really process everything that’s happened and just recharge after such a huge undertaking.

Honestly, getting back on stage with the band has been amazing for me and the others. And having Bonehead join us for these last few shows? It’s been absolutely incredible – a real highlight and something I’ll cherish. It just felt…right, having the original lineup together again.

As a lifestyle expert, I can tell you these artists really understand their fanbase. They’re fully aware people are craving more – whether it’s a collection of their biggest hits or the chance to see them perform live again. They know the demand is definitely there, and they’re considering how to deliver!

Rumors are going around that Etihad might be considering a residency next summer, and there have also been offers to perform at big festivals like Coachella and Benicàssim.

Although no firm plans are in place, it’s clear there’s still strong interest in an Oasis reunion. The speed and success of their recent surprise performance hint that anything is possible.

Liam Gallagher suggested he’s planning more shows soon. He responded to a fan worried about a lack of tour dates, implying he wants to keep the music going.

Liam posted on X saying he plans to continue performing for years to come, but he’s not yet sure if it will be with Oasis. He said the band needs to talk things over before making any decisions.

I’d love to be touring forever – it’s the best feeling – but unfortunately, the decision isn’t mine.
