Liam Gallagher reveals MAJOR hint for Oasis line up next summer as he ‘confirms’ who is returning to the guitar
As a seasoned music aficionado who has witnessed the ebb and flow of countless bands throughout my illustrious career, I must say, the impending Oasis reunion tour promises to be an event that will undoubtedly stir nostalgia among their legion of fans. The inclusion of original member Bonehead in the lineup is a testament to the band’s unity and camaraderie, something that has been sorely missed since their hiatus.
It appears that Liam Gallagher has announced that Paul Arthurs, also known as Bonehead and a founding member of Oasis, will be part of the group’s lineup for their much-anticipated comeback tour.
52-year-old musician shared a comment on Twitter regarding the band’s demanding concert itinerary, in response to a fan’s worry.
They wrote: ’41 gigs in 142 days. That’s a gig every 3 and a half days, fingers crossed Liam is in the form of his life.’
In response to the comment, Liam playfully said that as long as he doesn’t stay up all night giving Bonehead fig cookies to eat, he should be just fine.
He penned: ‘Exactly as long as I’m not sat up sniffing wotsits till stupid o clock and sticking fig rolls up BONEHEADS hairy wind pipe I’ll be fine then days are over rover’.
Upon hearing the name Bonehead, a fellow fan inquired curiously: ‘So, is it guaranteed that Bonehead will attend?’
As Liam then confirmed: ‘Bonehead’s defo in the area.’
Experts in the field have previously suggested that Bonehead is indeed part of the upcoming tour, and they are thrilled about it since the band has reunited. It is said that both Liam and Noel are keen on having him join them, as he was one of the key figures behind the reunion.
According to a source, the family of Oasis has reconnected strongly. Bonehead is overjoyed, and even Noel has invited members from his own band into the mix.
In a statement, an industry expert asserted that Bonehead, who conquered tonsil cancer in 2023, played a significant role in resolving the dispute between the siblings.
bonehead, who was an inaugural member of the Britpop group, has managed to maintain friendships with both Noel and Liam throughout the years.
A source close to the negotiations informed The Mirror that Bonehead is among the select individuals who are friends with them, and his recent efforts have finally proven fruitful in their relationship.
Arthur departed from Oasis back in 1999, while they were working on their fourth album titled “Standing on the Shoulder of Giants.” He announced his decision through an official statement, expressing that he desired to devote more attention to his loved ones.
He has performed with Liam in recent years.
Later this week, Robbie Williams playfully hinted that he might have handled ticket pricing differently, following the controversial ticketing debacle involving Oasis.
In a playful conversation with a mirror, the singer humorously commented: “Next year, I’ll be touring, and I wish I had implemented tiered or variable ticket pricing. Oh well, I guess they beat me to it!
It appears that Oasis claims they had no influence over the ticket prices, with Ticketmaster being the ones to cause the increase. However, Robbie seemed a bit skeptical about this claim.
Mocking the band’s insistence it wasn’t their fault, he put on a Mancunian accent as he quipped: ‘Oh, there is no way we would have’.
At the 2000 BRIT Awards, the singer who made hits with “The Angels” had a well-known disagreement with Noel Gallagher and Liam Gallagher after Noel referred to him as “the overweight dancer from Take That.
