Liam Gallagher calls out ‘arrogant’ brother Noel as he reveals their differences after Oasis make a triumphant return after 16 years

Liam Gallagher has called out ‘arrogant’ brother Noel as he revealed their major differences.

Originally split in 2009, the members of the band Oasis appear to have put their past disputes aside as they launched their reunion tour on July 4.

Currently, in a recent interview for the book A Sound So Very Loud: The Inside Story of Every Song Oasis Recorded, frontman Liam, aged 52, has stated that he and his brother Noel are, and always have been, polar opposites.

In the 2016 documentary Supersonic, which was released on July 2, Liam concurred with Noel’s analogy from that film where he likened himself to a cat and Liam to a dog.

‘Without a doubt,’ Liam said in the interview which featured in the upcoming book.

He exhibits an overbearing attitude, acts superior, goes in and out freely… enjoys attention. Essentially self-centered. Gives affection sporadically. He’s more like a pet that needs to be led around.

He thinks he’s better than others, does whatever he wants, enjoys being pampered but is not consistent with showing affection. It’s like dealing with someone who’s self-centered and requires guidance.

In the documentary, Noel stated, ‘I am a cat, that’s simply my nature. I’ve come to terms with it. I can be quite stubborn at times.’

For the second night of their eagerly anticipated reunion tour in Cardiff, Liam and No Gallagher appeared together on stage, linking arms once more.

Enthusiasts of the legendary group were left astonished during their comeback performance last Friday, marking the beginning of a highly anticipated reunion. After 16 long years apart, they brought the house down with a thrilling concert filled with palpable energy and heartfelt nostalgia.

On Saturday evening, the siblings showcased their bond by intertwining fingers upon their arrival.

A multitude of spectators erupted in applause when the siblings stepped onto the stage, with Liam releasing his grip on Noel to perform a deep bow.

Over 75,000 people flocked to Cardiff’s Principality Stadium for the initial performance of the much anticipated Oasis comeback concert.

Furthermore, when Noel and his sibling Liam shared a stage for the first time in more than ten years, the audience’s affection and enthusiasm reached an all-time high.

During their iconic Oasis reunion tour, Liam and Noel are going the extra mile to prevent any further disagreements by maintaining a distance from each other.

It’s claimed they are staying in separate hotels half an hour away from each other.

The preparations for the concert have been meticulously planned out, as a source explained that they aim to avoid overwhelming each other with too much interaction.

They informed The Sun that it would be most beneficial for them to live apart, allowing each one to unwind in their personal environments.

‘They stayed in separate locations outside the city around half an hour away from each other.’

The brothers are ‘happy families at the moment’ and reportedly want to keep it that way.

They have had a lifestyle overhaul, with Liam coming off the booze and ‘sounding better.’

It’s asserted that he needs a full eight hours of sleep each night, and they are abstaining from any party activities to ensure this routine is maintained.

Daily Mail has reached out to Liam and Noel’s reps for comment.

To begin the performance, Liam and Noel strolled out together, showing a heartwarming bond, and they smiled warmly at the audience, who responded with thunderous, ear-splitting cheers.

On a bustling Friday night, I shared the energy of Manchester as I took the stage. Kicking off our performance, we played “Hello,” a fitting opener for our timeless album, “What’s The Story (Morning Glory),” from 1995.

After that, they played Acquiesce, a track from their debut album released in 1995, and subsequently performed Morning Glory, the title song from their second studio album.

He then ordered the crowd to ‘turn around and bounce’ ahead of Cigarettes and Alcohol.

Following the performances of Some Might Say, Bring It On Down, and Fade Away, Liam took a break, while Noel played an acoustic rendition of Talk Tonight.

Later, Noel showed signs of emotion during his rendition of Half The World Away, pausing momentarily on some bars in the middle of it.

Liam commented afterwards: “Were you enjoying yourself?” Prior to discussing the ticket issues, he inquired: “Was the £40,000 you spent on the ticket money well-spent.

The prices for seats at their Wembley shows initially set at £74.25 each, while the priciest option was a pre-show party priced at £506.25.

The ticket costs for the Wembley shows were originally £74.25 for regular seats and up to £506.25 for a pre-show party experience.

During different segments of the presentation, heartfelt images of the family’s home in Manchester were displayed, accompanied by early photos of both siblings as babies.

As a devoted follower, I found myself swaying to the rhythm of Rock n Roll as the brothers concluded the performance. Yet, the crowd’s enthusiasm was far from waning; they were clamoring for an encore. With a captivating charm, the pair reappeared on stage, ready to deliver two more fan-favorite hits that still awaited us.

As the audience erupted with excitement, they sang Wonderwall, causing the siblings to feel quite emotional as they prepared to wrap up the performance.

‘Thanks for putting up with us over the years. We’re hard work. We get it,’ Liam gushed.

They then rounded off their first gig in 16 years with legendary track Champagne Supernova.
