Leo’s Girlfriend Rips Vintage Gisele Dress At Bezos Wedding

Over the weekend, one of this year’s most anticipated celebrity events took place – Jeff Bezos got married to Lauren Sánchez. It came as no surprise that the guest list for their Italian wedding was packed with big-name celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey, Tom Brady, several members from the Kardashian-Jenner family, and Leonardo DiCaprio, among others, who flew in to celebrate with the newlywed couple. In fact, it seems that DiCaprio’s girlfriend, Vittoria Ceretti, partied so enthusiastically that she ended up tearing her vintage dress.

During the lavish wedding of the billionaire couple on the iconic San Giorgio Maggiore island, some guests certainly didn’t shy away from making fashion statements. For example, Khloé Kardashian drew admiring glances in her figure-hugging dress, while Kylie Jenner sparked controversy with a potential wedding etiquette mistake. Vittoria Ceretti also generated buzz with her striking outfit – a blue Dolce & Gabbana gown previously worn by Gisele Bündchen.

In the year 2000 up to 2005, Leonardo DiCaprio and Gisele Bündchen were well-known as a couple. It’s puzzling to me how one ends up wearing a dress that was once worn by their boyfriend’s former girlfriend in a wedding setting – whether it’s the exact same dress or just a copy – but this is the predicament a 27-year-old model found herself in during the third day of the celebrations.

Vittoria Ceretti wore a stunning blue dress by Dolce & Gabbana, complemented by a coordinating clutch, however, as per her Instagram posts, it appears the dress may no longer be in existence.

In a “How it started/how it’s going” Instagram post, Leo’s girlfriend ripped my heart to shreds with her pic of what happened to her dress. No, sorry, that was actually the dress that got ripped to shreds:

It’s hard not to ponder about what Gisele Bündchen might think of this situation, given that she wasn’t present at the event where two of her former partners – Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Brady (who finalized their divorce in 2022) – were also attending.

It seems that the wedding afterparty was quite lively, turning into an all-night affair as per Page Six. Notable figures like Kris Jenner, Corey Gamble, Mick Jagger, and even Gayle King, who recently ventured to space, were seen dancing until late hours. This event apparently led to some fashion faux pas that caused quite a stir.

Sydney Sweeney, Tommy Hilfiger, and Jessica Seinfeld, along with others, reportedly enjoyed themselves while Usher was performing a mix of his popular songs. However, when they say “cut up the dance floor,” it seems they mean to have fun, not literally cut anything. Unfortunately, a beautiful Dolce & Gabbana piece suffered some damage during the party. Here’s hoping that the memories created were worth the inconvenience.

The dress being discussed made its debut at the 2003 Costume Institute Benefit Gala held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, famously known as “The Party of the Year.” It is possible that the upcoming Bezos event could also garner such a title in 2025.
