Leo Woodall’s new conspiracy thriller confirms release date with first look
As a seasoned gamer and binge-watcher with an affinity for intricate narratives and captivating performances, I can hardly contain my excitement for the upcoming release of “Prime Target” on Apple TV+. With Leo Woodall, a familiar face from “The One Day” and “The White Lotus”, stepping into the shoes of a math genius, and Quintessa Swindell, fresh off her role in “Black Adam”, joining forces as a US government agent, this conspiracy thriller promises to be a rollercoaster ride of suspense and intrigue.
Apple TV+ has revealed a release date and first-look photos of Prime Target starring Leo Woodall.
Actor from “One Day” and “The White Lotus” is set to portray a brilliant mathematician on the verge of a groundbreaking discovery in an upcoming mystery-thriller series. This series will premiere worldwide on January 22, 2025.

The storyline of “Prime Target” revolves around the character of Edward Brooks (Woodall), a gifted graduate student in mathematics who is on the brink of an extraordinary discovery. If he manages to uncover a pattern within prime numbers, he will possess the secret that controls every computer globally.
Shortly, he comes to understand that an invisible adversary is attempting to sabotage his concept before it takes shape, leading him to cross paths with Taylah Sanders, a female NSA agent (Swindell), who has been assigned to monitor and report on the activities of mathematicians.

New actors joining the lineup are Stephen Rea, David Morrissey from Sherwood, Harry Lloyd known for Game of Thrones, and Jason Flemyng, famously recognized from Snatch and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.
Additionally, “Prime Target” features the talents of Martha Plimpton, Sidse Babett Knudsen, Ali Suliman, Fra Fee, and Joseph Mydell.
The thriller was masterminded and brought to life by Steve Thompson, who is known for writing shows like Sherlock and Vienna Blood.

Starting from late January, the initial two episodes of this series will be released simultaneously worldwide on our streaming service. After that, every Wednesday until March 5th, 2025, a fresh episode will become available weekly.
Prime Target will be released globally on Apple TV+ from January 22, 2025.
