Leigh-Anne Pinnock wows in an eye-catching black crochet dress at the London premiere of The Moment – after Little Mix reunion hopes were dashed by Jesy Nelson’s comments on her bandmates

Leigh-Anne Pinnock turned heads at The Moment film premiere in London on Tuesday evening.

Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 34, turned heads with a daring outfit – a black crochet maxi dress that revealed her thong and highlighted her amazing physique.

She teamed it with a neon green bandeau top and added inches to her frame with black heels.

The singer appeared in high spirits as she posed for sizzling snaps of the red carpet.

The Moment, directed by Aidan Zamiri, is set for nationwide release on February 20.

The movie tells the story of a pop star as she prepares for her very first major concert tour.

As a longtime music fan, I’ve always been fascinated by what really goes on behind the scenes. This really pulls back the curtain and shows you how the industry operates, and it’s incredibly insightful to see how underground scenes change – sometimes for the better, sometimes not – when they become popular and mainstream.

This appearance follows reports of trouble for a potential Little Mix reunion, sparked by Jesy Nelson’s emotional revelations in her recent documentary.

The 34-year-old singer shared last week that she attempted suicide shortly before leaving her successful band in 2020.

In a new documentary on Prime Video, Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix, Jesy Nelson shared how she felt incredibly isolated and said her former bandmates, Leigh-Anne, Perrie, and Jade, didn’t respond when she reached out for help before her overdose.

This was Jesy’s second suicide attempt, following a previous overdose in 2013, about which she spoke openly in her BBC documentary, Jesy Nelson: Odd One Out.

Leigh-Anne, Perrie, and Jade are said to be upset by Jesy’s recent statements, which have resurfaced painful memories from their shared history.

According to a source, Jesy Nelson’s recent revelations have understandably caused issues within Little Mix. The documentary about her experiences, and the negative reactions it sparked, have resurfaced difficult memories for the group.

‘It’s been upsetting for the girls, but they are focused on their solo careers and the future now.’

It’s been tough seeing everything unfold with Jesy’s recent statements, and the other girls haven’t publicly said anything yet. But it really hit me during Jade’s US tour – she actually cried while singing “Natural”! I know that song is about her and Jesy’s complicated friendship, and seeing her so emotional on stage was heartbreaking. It just shows how deeply this is all affecting them.

The song expresses the difficulty of loving someone who struggles with self-hatred, and acknowledges the emotional toll it takes on the person offering support.

Perrie, who recently had a baby, hasn’t been very active on social media. Her last post was a week ago, sharing information about her new song, “Woman In Love.”

She moved up the release date by four days, having initially planned to launch it alongside Jesy’s documentary.

Leigh-Anne has been sharing updates on her new album, ‘My Ego, Old Me To,’ and her current tour by posting more frequently on social media.

She shared with her fans how thrilled she is to finally perform the album live, calling it a return to what makes her happiest and promising a truly special show.

Daily Mail have contacted Jesy, Jade, Perrie and Leigh-Anne’s representatives for comment.

In the documentary, Jesy revealed that another member of Little Mix had considered leaving the group before she made her own decision to leave – and now it appears we know who that member was.

Honestly, I was totally shocked when she announced she was leaving the group! It felt like it came out of nowhere. The singer herself seemed completely stunned – she said she genuinely thought everything was amazing with all of them, and that everyone was happy. It’s just… heartbreaking. I really thought they’d all stay together forever.

Five years ago, reports surfaced suggesting Perrie Edwards initially considered leaving the band, and Jesy Nelson’s recent statements seem to support that idea.

Jesy revealed that one of her old bandmates – either Perrie, Leigh-Anne, or Jade – had considered leaving the group back in early 2020.

In a recent Prime Video documentary, Jesy Nelson shared that she mistakenly believed everyone was doing well, but she later realized that wasn’t the case.

‘We got called in for a meeting and I just had this gut feeling that it wasn’t going to be good.

One of the band members quit, and at the time, it felt like everything was ruined.

It was a really sad day – me and Jade really cried. I was devastated.’

When asked who the Little Mix member was, she replied that she couldn’t say, as the person in question hadn’t publicly announced it themselves.

It’s been difficult keeping quiet about everything. I truly believed we would stay together for life, and I never wanted to be the one to end things.

After their meeting, Little Mix decided to split up. However, Jesy Nelson says things got complicated when the pandemic delayed the breakup by two years.

She suddenly realized she was unhappy and had already stopped being mentally invested in the group.

In the documentary, Jesy explained that she reached a breaking point, realizing she couldn’t continue. She remembers thinking she simply couldn’t endure another two years.

I sensed things had changed in my relationships with them. I often found myself crying and feeling really awful. It was like all the small frustrations kept adding up until I finally reached my limit.

According to a source speaking to the Sun, Perrie had expressed her desire to leave the band to management as early as 2019, two years before she ultimately did.

Oh my gosh, I just heard the most insane thing! Apparently, back in 2019, Perrie actually considered leaving Little Mix! Can you believe it?! Someone who knows things told me she confided in the girls, and it caused a huge meeting with the management. I’m still reeling! It’s just…wow. I can’t even imagine Little Mix without Perrie!

Honestly, after a lot of thought, she realized it just wasn’t the right moment. We chatted about the Confetti tour, which, as everyone knows, got put on hold because of Covid. It was pretty widely understood that once that tour wrapped up, Perrie was planning to move on from the group.

The group rose to prominence on the TV show The X Factor in 2011 and quickly became a hugely popular girl group, selling more than 75 million records globally.

As a huge fan, it was really tough to hear that Jesy left Little Mix in 2020 after being with them for nine years. She explained she needed to focus on taking care of herself and her mental health, which I completely understand and support. It was a brave decision, and I just want her to be happy and healthy.

Jesy left the group in November 2020 because she was struggling with the pressure. She was upset when her lawyer informed the other members about her departure before she could tell them herself.

She added: ‘I think they felt really hurt about that and it should never have played out like that.

I wasn’t given a chance to explain why I had to stop, and I’m really upset about that.

She shared that when discussing the band’s breakup, her former Little Mix members would only communicate with her while a therapist was present. She hopes to address and correct any inaccurate stories circulating about the split.
