Leigh-Anne Pinnock shared some stunning bikini photos from her vacation in Salvador, Brazil, highlighting her amazing physique.
Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 34, recently traveled to Brazil to promote her music. She met with fans at a listening event in São Paulo and took the stage at the vibrant Salvador Carnival.
I was so happy to see she also took some time for herself on the trip! She shared some pictures of her exploring town in this gorgeous green bikini – it had the cutest beaded details, and she just looked so relaxed and carefree.
The singer relaxed on the beach, wearing a light brown bikini and later changing into a colorful beaded swimsuit. She shared photos of both looks online.
Alongside the snaps, she wrote: ‘Wow wow Salvador, I have no words. What an incredible trip.
I’m so grateful for the incredible support from my Brazilian fans! Your kind messages and the time we spent together were truly special and magical.
I love you so much! Now I’m heading back to the UK to finish preparing for my album release – just 5 more days to go!
This announcement precedes the start of the singer’s solo tour, ‘My Ego Told Me To,’ which begins in Brighton on February 22nd and continues in London on March 3rd.
Jesy Nelson, who used to be in the band Little Mix with Leigh-Anne, recently explained why she left the group.
Jesy shared that she attempted suicide shortly before leaving the successful band.
Oh my god, I just finished watching Jesy’s documentary, and it broke my heart! She talked about how incredibly lonely she felt before everything happened, and honestly, it was devastating to hear. She said Leigh-Anne, Perrie, and Jade just…didn’t seem to notice how much she was struggling, even when she was practically begging for help. It was right before her overdose, can you believe it? I’m just so upset for her, it’s awful to think she felt so alone with everything.
This was Jesy’s second suicide attempt, following a previous overdose in 2013, about which she spoke openly in her BBC documentary, Jesy Nelson: Odd One Out.
Jesy shared that she was deeply upset and struggling with her mental health. After being hospitalized, she realized she couldn’t continue as a member of the band anymore.
Jesy Nelson revealed that, shortly before attempting suicide, she had a difficult conversation with her Little Mix bandmates about her struggles. She recalled sharing how she was feeling, only to have one of them respond with, “So, are you finished now? Is that all?”
When she asked if she could leave, I felt incredibly isolated and hopeless, like nobody cared about what was happening.
Jesy’s mother, Janice, called for help when Jesy suddenly passed out during a phone conversation with her.
Janice said that for a few days leading up to it, she had been feeling really sad and withdrawn, and mostly wanted to be left alone.
I had a strong feeling that something was wrong. I tried calling repeatedly, but she didn’t pick up. When she finally answered, her speech was very slurred.
‘I heard the phone drop and didn’t hear anything else – I knew she’d done something.’
Janice explained that Jesy didn’t feel supported by her Little Mix bandmates when their friendship fell apart.
She said: ‘I can see why they [the other Little Mix members] did get angry at times.’
She continued: ‘It’s hard to work with someone who is always down when you are always happy.
I feel that when Jesy was struggling the most, the other girls didn’t fully support her, and that’s likely a major reason why she’s hurting now.
Following Jesy’s second suicide attempt, her mother, Janice, held her close and firmly told her, “That’s enough now. You need to stop doing things that make you feel this way.”
It was at that moment in hospital recovery, Jesy made the decision to quit.
When Jesy had her overdose, she was scheduled to perform in the final episode of Little Mix’s BBC talent show, The Search.
Chris Ramsey, the show’s host, explained that Jesy was sick, which is why she wasn’t on the show.
After seeking legal advice, Jesy said her lawyers delivered the news to her bandmates.
Honestly, it just breaks my heart hearing Jesy talk about this. She said they were really hurt by how things went down, and I totally get why she feels that way! It’s just awful she didn’t even get a chance to properly explain why she needed to leave, to tell her side of the story. She’s so frustrated that opportunity was just ripped away from her, and I’m right there with her, feeling so mad on her behalf! It’s just not fair.
I prepared myself emotionally and decided it was time to talk to the girls. I wanted to explain my actions and share how I’d been feeling, hoping they would understand my perspective.
My manager called and told me the team was willing to talk, but they preferred to have a therapist present during the conversation to feel more comfortable.
I just recall being so confused and upset, thinking, “Why now? I just got out of the hospital, and I need support more than ever right now.”
‘I don’t know, I just didn’t feel like they were my sisters.’
Jesy described the phone call as incredibly awkward and strange, like talking to people she didn’t know at all. She said it was the most uncomfortable conversation she’d ever had, and no one seemed to know what to say.
‘And that’s the last time I ever spoke to them as a group. It’s been five years now and every time I think about it, I think, was it them or was it the management? I’ll never know.’
