LEGO Leaks MCU’s Phase 6 Mega-Villain: You Won’t Believe Who’s Coming
Marvel’s Fantastic Four, led by Pedro Pascal as Mr. Fantastic, will initiate Phase 6 of the MCU with a bang, facing off against Ralph Ineson’s Galactus in the movie “The Fantastic Four: First Steps”. This cosmic being, known for consuming planets, targets an Earth that the Fantastic Four are sworn to protect. His goal is to devour their parallel Earth.
It’s speculated that The Fantastic Four will encounter multiple adversaries in their upcoming series, with one of them being the character Doctor Doom, portrayed by Robert Downey Jr. This could potentially position him as the ultimate antagonist for Avengers: Doomsday and Secret Wars during Phase 6.
A recently unveiled LEGO construction kit themed around “The Fantastic Four: First Steps” offers a sneak peek of the main antagonist in Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Phase 6, Galactus, lent his voice by actor Ralph Ineson.
According to Reddit user Clay_Bricks, the “Fantastic Four versus Galactus Building Set” is priced at $59.99 and will become available on June 1st, featuring a total of 427 components.
Marvel Studios has primarily concealed the cosmic entity Galactus in the previews for The Fantastic Four, with only a glimpse of him towering before the Statue of Liberty being revealed.
In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, fans have often pointed out that Galactus seems smaller compared to his comic book version. Some speculate that during the Fantastic Four series, Galactus may acquire the ability to adjust his size, a power he possesses in the comics.
With the July release of The Fantastic Four rapidly approaching, Marvel Studios has given us more information about Galactus. They hinted that this cosmic being is “a level of danger that Reed Richards has never encountered before.
It isn’t surprising that Marvel Studios keeps significant character designs hidden from trailers, and occasionally these designs are unintentionally exposed through toys. For instance, a complete image of Lewis Pullman portraying the Thunderbolts villain Sentry was inadvertently disclosed by a Hasbro action figure and the Marvel Future Fight mobile game.
When Will Marvel Studios Fully Reveal Galactus in Live Action?
Despite anticipation that Marvel Studios might unveil Sentry in the final trailer for Thunderbolts, it seems Sentry remains a mystery as the release date nears. Given Marvel’s propensity to keep their major villains under wraps during marketing, there’s a strong possibility we’ll get our first proper glimpse of Galactus on the big screen instead.
Nevertheless, Galactus stands out as a more widely recognized and emblematic Marvel antagonist compared to Sentry. His fame extends beyond hardcore fans, making it likely that he’ll appear in the final trailer for The Fantastic Four, which is expected to be released online around May or June, as the release date approaches.
