Blue star Lee Ryan has announced he is set to become a dad for the sixth time.

The artist, who is 42 years old, shared that his partner Verity Paris is carrying their fourth baby, with him being a parent to two other kids as well.

Last October, Lee and Verity celebrated an extravagant wedding in Seville; it was their second wedding, happening two years following their quiet, legal ceremony in Gibraltar.

Three years past, he relocated to Spain to establish a family with Verity, aged 34. They officially tied the knot at a registry office in 2022.

Instead of skipping their wedding day with loved ones because of pandemic rules, the couple held a magical wedding in Seville on October 7th, and all members of their band, the Blues, were there to share the joyous occasion.

To OK!, Lee confessed that there were moments throughout the day when he found himself shedding tears, describing those moments as if they were part of a dream.

At the ceremony, the couple’s three kids participated, with their 3-year-old and 2-year-old girls serving as flower girls. Meanwhile, their newborn son was carried down the aisle by Lee, all accompanied by a string quartet playing “Time” by Hans Zimmer.

Speaking enthusiastically about his spouse, he openly acknowledged that he realized she was special to him during their second date, going so far as to say she had rescued him. When he caught sight of her in her gown, he was left speechless – the sight literally took his breath away.

‘Verity is a remarkable woman, both stunningly beautiful and extraordinarily strong, with a heart full of love that I value deeply. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have her as the mother of my child, and now, as my wife.’

As a fervent admirer, I can confidently say that I’ve never felt so serene and centered, and it’s all thanks to Verity. My joy knows no bounds due to the exceptional family life I’m blessed with now.

Apart from his three kids with Verity, Lee is also a father to 15-year-old daughter Bluebell, whom he co-parents with ex Jessica Keevil, and 14-year-old son Rayn, who was born to his former fiancée, Samantha Miller.

In 2020, the pair relocated to a seaside apartment on the Costa del Sol. They acknowledged that they were enjoying a higher standard of living and a renewed sense of vitality since their move.

In September of the previous year, he received a suspended prison sentence for a duration of twelve months, issued after his apprehension in July 2022 for displaying aggressive and erratic behavior during a flight from Glasgow to London City Airport.

Lee was told he must pay £2,500 in compensation to Leah Gordon due to his aggressive and abusive behavior towards her, as well as another £750 to a colleague of hers within three months. Earlier, he admitted to being intoxicated on an airplane, for which he received a four-month prison sentence that would be served at the same time.

After consuming an entire bottle of port in the lounge at Glasgow Airport, he was noticed to be sloppily speaking and moving unsteadily. This was prior to his flight.

He stated: ‘I apologize for having made contact with her, however, my actions were limited to a light touch, as she herself admitted.’

‘We believe the language used was disrespectful and offensive. We do not accept that the choice of words was just harmless fun.’

In Isleworth Crown Court, Judge Nicholas Wood expressed that Lee had luckily escaped an immediate prison term. He explained this leniency by pointing out Lee’s expression of regret and considering his mental health issues, which played a role in suspending the sentence instead.

The judge informed Lee, “Your actions significantly impacted Ms. Gordon’s mental wellbeing beyond a trivial level. It was solely your choice to consume an excessive amount of alcohol.

He added: ‘You brought shame on yourself for this. I think you are aware of that.’

While that style might work in show business, it doesn’t fit well when you’re on a plane being guided by the cabin staff.

Judge Wood noted that, despite the brief duration of the incident (around 10-15 minutes), it felt as if an entire lifetime had passed for everyone aboard that aircraft.

However, instead of incarcerating Lee, the judge chose to do so due to several psychological assessments that highlighted the singer’s mental state.

He was found to have conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Dyslexia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and a history of alcohol dependency issues.

A psychologist further opined that Lee tended towards impulsive actions and struggled to navigate interpersonal situations effectively, suggesting a possible lack of self-awareness.

According to Judge Wood, if Lee hadn’t had those disorders, he likely would have been capable of understanding that it was inappropriate for him to get on a plane while intoxicated.

‘Suffering from these impairments and disorders has reduced your culpability.’

The judge explained that he gave Lee a suspended sentence as he felt the incident served as a wake-up call for him.

He commented: ‘I think it’s unlikely that you’ll do anything wrong again, this incident seems to have made you realize your mistakes. It’s unfortunate that this happened under such grave circumstances and that you brought sorrow to the passengers on the plane.’

Additionally considering Lee’s family circumstances, as he was expecting a third child, this factor contributed to the judge handing down a suspended sentence instead.
