Leah Remini finalizes divorce from husband Angelo Pagan nearly two months after separation
As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I must say that the decision to part ways after 21 years of marriage is never easy, but it seems Leah Remini and Angelo Pagan have handled their divorce with maturity, understanding, and transparency. Their joint statement shows a deep respect for each other and a commitment to maintaining a strong bond even as they navigate their new normal.
A judge has signed off on Leah Remini’s divorce from husband of 21 years, Angelo Pagan.
In late August, the actress, who is 54 years old, shared a detailed message on her social media platforms to announce her separation from the 56-year-old actor.
After the former spouses, who have a 20-year-old daughter named Sofia, agreed to their settlement back in October, they parted ways.
Based on papers examined by TMZ, it appears that their legal single status will be reinstated in March 2025, as per the documents.
It’s said that the two ex-spouses reached their divorce agreement on their own, with no legal representation involved; they were merely assisted by a mediator.
In Touch reported the settlement covered spousal support and the division of their assets.
According to court records acquired by the media, the actress – acting as her own legal representative – declared that the ‘written contract’ covered ‘issues related to their shared property and rights concerning their marriage or domestic partnership, such as financial support. The original copy of this agreement is either currently being presented in court or has already been submitted.’
It was reported that the agreement tackled spousal support, property, and attorney fees.
Previously, the courts were requested by my former partners to terminate any form of spousal support for either of us.

Comparing before-and-after snapshots, they penned, “Here we stand, having been companions for 28 years and husband and wife for 21. We’ve chosen to submit divorce papers.
The note went on, ‘This decision came after a lot of thought and care, and as hard as divorce is, we are approaching this with a positive outlook because we know it’s what’s best for us.’
They expressed their satisfaction with the way they’ve navigated the situation collectively, saying: “We may be feeling sorrowful, and there will be more adjustments to make as we transition into our altered reality. Yet, despite the distance in some aspects, we remain connected in many others as we journey onward together.
They mentioned that they both evolved, just like many people do, and grew accustomed to assuming roles that no longer suited them appropriately.
According to Remini and Pagan, their bond remains robust, yet it has transformed into something unique. They mentioned that their marriage was exceptionally successful.
They stressed, “We aim to maintain maximum openness in this context. Over the past few years, our marriage has been a public affair, seen by many through our specials on VH1 and our reality series that spanned over two seasons on TLC.
