League of Legends: The top 10 best team emotes of 2024

As a dedicated gamer immersed in the world of League of Legends, I’m thrilled to share that the emotes crafted by every pro team are now unveiled! Here’s my personal top 10 favorite LoL Esports team emotes for the current season:

What are the LoL Esports team emotes?

Each year, every global League of Legends professional team and organization is granted the chance to create a unique emote. This is provided so that enthusiasts can express their allegiance to their preferred team during gameplay.

1 Emote prices are set at 350 RP each, with 30% of the earnings being donated directly to the organization. The League of Legends 2024 Esports team’s emotes will be made available starting from LoL patch 14.17, which is scheduled for August 28th.

Honorable Mention: 100 Thieves Akali

Despite not making it to live, the 100 Thieves Akali emote is worth mentioning.

In the previous version (on the right in the aforementioned post), changes were made due to concerns about it containing words or phrases that could be considered disrespectful or offensive in certain societies.

Nevertheless, this doesn’t mean that the emote is exclusive to virtual life. Real-life instances, like the one demonstrated by 100T’s top laner, Rayan “Sniper” Shoura, show that it can occur in reality as well.

Team BDS Bait

Previously banned item “Bait ping” has been reintroduced into the game by Team BDS, thanks to their emote. This item now includes an adorable penguin as well.

Cloud9 Clown 9 Jinx

As someone who has spent countless hours immersed in pop culture and virtual worlds, I can confidently say that the description of Jinx dressed as a clown with a missing ping cherry on top is an intriguing and creative emote. The Harley Quinn-coded aspect adds another layer to her character, making it even more captivating for fans who appreciate the nuances within these digital personas. This unique combination of elements truly brings Jinx to life in a way that resonates with me as someone who values creativity and attention to detail in the virtual realm.

Karmine Corp Jinx Surrender

Jinx displaying the “surrender” option, which is useful when you want to communicate to your team that the situation seems impossible to win.

Weibo Gaming Vel’Koz

As a devoted gamer, I can’t help but highlight this unique find. Firstly, it’s Vel’Koz, a character who rarely gets the attention he deserves in terms of cosmetic upgrades. Secondly, and quite remarkably, they’ve managed to design Vel’Koz in a way that, from certain angles, resembles the Weibo logo – an unexpected and intriguing twist!

GAM Esports Handsign

At international competitions, GAM Esports consistently shines due to their charismatic CEO’s frequent use of a distinctive hand gesture, often making it a focal point.

Vikings K’Sante Copium

It’s nice to have memes on the Rift. This K’Sante emote where he huffs copium is a great addition and definitely worth the 350 RP, in my opinion.

Dplus Kia Starfish Showmaker

It’s unclear to me why they transformed Showmaker into a starfish, but it definitely stands out as unusual and audacious enough to make the list.

Vivo Keyd Stars Pantheon Cinema

This emote has Pantheon doing the cinema meme, taking Martin Scorsese’s place.
