As a long-time League of Legends enthusiast with countless hours spent in the Nexus, I can confidently say that the upcoming Chosen of the Wolf skin line is not just a mere addition to our favorite game, but a significant event in the LoL universe.

The new Chosen of the Wolf skins for Ambessa and co. is more important than it seems.

Prior to her debut as a playable League of Legends champion, Ambessa Medarda received a music video that unveiled an exciting new skin line – The Chosen of the Wolf.

On November 6, 2024, it’s anticipated that Ambessa and the selected champions – Ambessa, Katarina, Swain, and Pantheon – will don new skins and be released on live servers, coinciding with patch 14.22.

The Music Video for Ambessa Medarda’s single by Blood, Sweat & Tears narrates her story and her brushes with death. Additionally, it subtly reveals a significant aspect of her background lore. Based on the backdrop of the scenes depicted in the video, it seems Ambessa might hail from Shurima.

As a League of Legends enthusiast, I can’t help but get excited about the unveiling of the new Chosen of the Wolf skins! This time around, Ambessa will be debuting with this theme as her launch skin. Joining her are Katarina, Swain, and Pantheon. Now, here’s something special for you high-tier gamers out there – Pantheon’s Chosen of the Wolf skin is Mythic-tier! That means you can only grab it with Mythic Essence. So, let’s get ready to level up and show off these amazing new skins on the Rift!

In addition to the Arcane Season 2 soundtrack, “Blood Sweat & Tears” can also be found. Given that this track is connected to the character of Ambessa, it’s possible we might see a storyline centered around her in Season 2.

Is Kindred getting a Chosen of the Wolf skin?

Although Kindred look fantastic in the music video, it remains uncertain if they will debut as part of the initial release of this skinline. However, there’s a strong likelihood that they will receive their own skin within this collection, given that one half of them is the namesake for the skinline.
