Lauren Silverman poses in red swimsuit alongside Simon Cowell as she shares sweet family holiday album from Barbados with sons Adam and Eric after hitting back at trolls

Lauren Silverman looked amazing in a red swimsuit while vacationing in Barbados with her fiancé, Simon Cowell. They shared several photos from their family trip.

The 48-year-old socialite shared photos from a tropical vacation on Instagram, featuring her with her sons, 11-year-old Eric and 19-year-old Adam, on a luxurious boat.

Lauren shares Eric with the music mogul, 66, and also shares Adam from her previous marriage.

The Florida native appeared relaxed and happy while embracing her dog. In another photo, the pup was seen resting peacefully beside a sleeping Eric.

The loving mother was also spotted happily with her two sons on a beautiful beach. The family enjoyed the sunshine and swam in the clear water.

One photo captured Eric getting ready to go scuba diving, and another showed Simon cooking a tasty meal for his family.

‘Dogs and life lately (Part 2)♥️,’ she captioned her carousel.

These vacation photos were shared shortly after Lauren spoke out against harsh online criticism following the release of Simon’s new documentary on Netflix.

After being really open about my relationship recently, I felt the need to address some of the negativity I was seeing online. So, I shared a pretty detailed post on Instagram calling out those who were being critical. It was important for me to speak my truth and set the record straight.

Lauren has said she used to find it difficult to open up about her personal life, so making the Netflix documentary, The Next Act, was a significant step for her.

She recently shared a heartfelt message explaining that it took her a long time to feel comfortable sharing personal details about her life, family, and career – things she truly values and appreciates. She added that she welcomes honest feedback and supports everyone’s right to express their opinions.

I want to keep this space positive, encouraging, and friendly. Therefore, I’ll be removing any comments that are mean, harmful, or hateful – especially from people I don’t know – and blocking those users.

This website is a personal space, and I want to keep it positive and welcoming for everyone. If you come here to share negativity, please understand this isn’t the right place for that.

She added a caption reading: ‘It’s really simple. Be kind’.

Lauren recently made a playful comment about potentially attending a funeral before their wedding, hinting at some relationship challenges. The couple initially met in Barbados back in 2004, but their romance didn’t begin until about 2012. They later had a son, Eric, in 2014, and got engaged in 2021.

Four years after he proposed, Lauren jokingly talked about how long they’ve been engaged in a recent interview.

While on ExtraTV, host and Simon Cowell’s former partner, Terri Seymour, jokingly asked if she should start shopping for a hat, hinting at a possible engagement announcement.

Lauren asked if the presenter was talking about a wedding. When the presenter jokingly suggested a funeral, Lauren laughed and replied, ‘Honestly, with how things are going, who can say which one will come first?’

The new Netflix docuseries, The Next Act, showcases Simon’s journey across the country to discover promising young musicians. Before the series launches, she jokingly warned viewers: ‘It’s quite a lot to handle. Simon is already known for being strong-willed, but adding Eric as his assistant just makes things even more intense!’
