As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I must say that Lauren Goodger’s journey is both inspiring and cautionary. Her transition from reality TV fame to living a more ‘basic’ life reflects a common struggle many celebrities face – the highs and lows of stardom.

On a recent Friday, Lauren Goodger enjoyed some special moments with her 3-year-old daughter Larose by attending a theater performance together.

The reality TV personality, aged 38, donned a beige tracksuit and a fur-lined jacket while exiting the Victoria Hall Theatre in Harlow, accompanied by her child.

After watching the show of Goldilocks and the Three Bears, they were spotted – along with Larose, whom she co-shares with her former partner Charles Drury – adorably decorated with some charming face paint.

Lauren completed her casual outfit with a Louis Vuitton bag and comfortable white trainers.

She wore her brunette tresses in a pony tail and opted for a typically bronzed makeup look while out and about.

Following Lauren’s open discussion about her current financial struggles, it is worth noting that she used to earn £25,000 for a magazine photo session during her peak days on TOWIE.

She recently said she is living a ‘basic’ life in an ordinary semi-detached home with her daughter Larose.

Lauren, who experienced the loss of her stillborn daughter in 2022, expressed that she had little interest in work following her passing. She stated, “All I wanted was to be a mother.

This celebrity from reality TV earns an income by sharing photos of herself in lingerie on the subscription-based platform OnlyFans, for which users pay approximately $50 (£38) per month.

Instead, she admitted in a recent conversation with The Guardian that she’d prefer not to rely on an adult-oriented platform for income, as it involves posting pictures of herself wearing lingerie.

Discussing her work, she confessed, “I prefer not to resort to OnlyFans,” yet finds herself depending on it due to the fact that earnings in the field have decreased.

Speaking about the peak of my fame, I remarked: ‘I likely made the greatest income, but also had significant losses. This experience has undeniably humbled me completely.’

Lauren mentioned the self-tanner line she founded at age 23, known as Lauren’s Way, that became available in popular retailers such as Superdrug and Debenhams. Unfortunately, she recently had a disagreement with her business partner.

Before the first episode of TOWIE (The Only Way is Essex) premiered, the producers spoke with Goodger and said, “Since you are now famous, you need to quit your current jobs.

She enjoyed her initial years of becoming famous on reality TV. “Going out and being photographed,” she notes, “and having a column in The Sun.” It seems like a perfect life, I remark. “Yes,” she laughs, “it was. But only for a while.

When asked if she enjoys being famous, Goodger replies promptly, “No, I don’t,” she shakes her head to emphasize her response. It seems as though she regrets appearing on the show.

Although I’m deeply appreciative of the opportunity I received, it hasn’t been an effortless journey, as you can tell. If given another chance, I would like to approach things in a different manner.
