Lauren Goodger confirms she has returned to the gym after taking a three and a half week break from her fitness routine following health scare

As a fervent fan who’s been following Lauren Goodger’s journey since her TOWIE days, I must say, this woman’s strength and resilience never cease to amaze me! Despite facing numerous health scares, both hers and her dear daughter Larose’s, she continues to fight, pushing through the challenges with unwavering determination.

In the spirit of transparency and dedication to my wellness journey, I recently took a brief hiatus from my usual fitness routine for approximately three and a half weeks due to some health concerns. However, I’m delighted to share that I’m back at the gym now, and I felt it was important to update my followers on Instagram about this return to my fitness regime.

Previously known TOWIE celebrity, aged 37, posted a selfie taken in front of a mirror and disclosed that her return to the gym on her initial day made her feel empowered.

On sweltering summer days in the UK, Lauren opted for a roomy black T-shirt paired with comfortable white shorts, reflecting the casual clothing trend.

After her first exercise session in nearly a month, the television host decided to keep her hair in a relaxed ponytail and opted against wearing makeup.

She titled her post: “Following a 3.5-week break from both training and diet… today marked my return and I felt powerful! I had doubts about how I would fare, but I’m back again!”

‘Experienced a minor health issue; I had been consistently training for about 2.5 months, but due to life pressures and distractions, I had to pause my routine. It’s now a six-week holiday period.’

‘Day 1 everyday always come back and start again!’

Ever since Lauren shared that her daughter Larose had been taken to the hospital due to breathing difficulties, I’ve found myself on pins and needles, hoping for the best. My heart goes out to them during this challenging time.

Earlier this month, the reality TV personality revealed on Instagram that she had taken her little one to the emergency room due to persistent coughing and elevated body temperature.

In the past few months, Larose, a child jointly cared for by Lauren and her former partner Charles Drury, has frequently visited hospitals due to health issues. Later, Lauren revealed that their daughter had been experiencing viral tonsillitis.

On Instagram, the reality celebrity posted a video of Larose, accompanied by this message: “My cheerful girl is back in the emergency room again. I’ve honestly never experienced such frequent illness in such a short period!”

It seems something is causing discomfort as she’s been coughing, her temperature is high, and she’s struggling to breathe normally. It’s already been three hours, and I’m feeling quite unwell myself! I can hardly wait to get us home, as her birthday is approaching in just two days.

In the upload, Larose was seen playing with toys while sitting in a waiting room.

Approximately 12 hours past, Lauren shared an update on her social media platforms. In this post, she clarified that since her illness is of viral origin rather than bacterial, no antibiotics were administered to Larose.

As a seasoned mother myself, I can empathize with the heartfelt message you received. When my children were young, I cherished every word of support and concern from our community. In response to your situation, I’d like to share my experience: I appreciate each message of care because it validates our shared bond as parents and reassures me that we are not alone in this journey. Reading these messages aloud to Larose would allow him to feel the warmth and support from those who care for him, just as I did when my children were going through difficult times. So, thank you once again for your kindness and understanding. Let us continue to uplift each other during challenging moments in our lives.

She has a viral form of tonsillitis, which means she won’t be given antibiotics because it’s a virus. However, her breathing is what I find most concerning.

‘We back home but may have go back just sitting with and she’s a happy girl in herself (sic).’

There’s a lot to accomplish before her birthday tomorrow, such as buying wrapping paper, cards, and other essentials. Unfortunately, my baby girl isn’t well at the moment, so I can only do so much xx.

‘Also so much of her presents to set up!’

A month ago, she provided an update on Larose’s health following another hospitalization due to respiratory problems, and now…

In June, she posted an update, complete with a picture of Larose’s stroller in the waiting area, followed by another image of the baby in her hospital crib.

The next day, Lauren reassured her followers that Larose was significantly improved and had been discharged from the hospital following examinations.

The mother explained that this virus might have been the most severe one her child has encountered so far, which made the situation quite terrifying.
