Laura Hamilton showcased her toned figure as she hit the gym.
On Thursday, the host of ‘A Place In The Sun,’ 43, showed off her fit physique – including defined abs and biceps – in an Adidas crop top and black leggings, stunning her Instagram followers.
Laura recently shared her fitness routine with fans, after previously defending herself against online criticism about wearing a bikini, with some commenters claiming she was too old to do so.
The popular TV personality got a workout in, using dumbbells to do several exercises and break a sweat.
She wrote: ‘Not just because it’s a new year… make it part of your routine!
I always find a way to get my workout in, even when I can’t go to the gym – I’ve been known to bring my jump rope with me wherever I go, though I apologize to anyone who’s had to listen to me jumping rope from the floor above!

This post follows Laura’s previous response to online criticism she received last year when people said she was ‘too old’ to wear a bikini.
The presenter turned heads in a striking black and white snakeskin swimsuit, posing by the pool and prompting a question for her followers: ‘What age is too old to enjoy anything?’
Someone recently commented that I’m too old to wear a bikini, and it actually made me pause and consider it for a moment.
‘But then I reminded myself, life’s way too short to worry about what other people think.’
Standing by the pool with her daughter Tahlia, she explained, ‘I chose to wear a swimsuit today simply because I wanted to and it makes me feel good – not because of anything someone else said!’
Everyone feels insecure sometimes, but we all deserve to have fun and enjoy things like sunshine, the beach, or the pool – whatever brings us joy! It doesn’t matter how old we are or what we choose to wear, like a swimsuit or bikini!

Laura is a mom to two kids, 11-year-old Rocco and 10-year-old Tahlia. She co-parents them with her former husband, Alex Goward.
You know, as someone who often talks about balance, I really admired what a certain actress recently shared. She was away filming a popular show, and faced some negativity online for being apart from her kids. But she made it clear – she has absolutely no regrets about pursuing that opportunity. It’s a powerful reminder that mothers – and all of us, really – are allowed to prioritize their passions and careers without feeling guilty. It’s so important to chase what fulfills you, even if it means making tough choices, and to not let online criticism dim your shine.
She admitted that her career is too important to her to ever let go of, even though balancing work with being a mother and frequent travel is often hectic.
Laura told The Sun she admires mothers who dedicate themselves to raising their children full-time, but it’s not a lifestyle she could personally manage.
‘I love my career as well as being a mum and I’ve managed to find a way to make it work.’
She shared that she schedules her work around her children’s time with their father, allowing her to fully concentrate on filming when they’re not with her.
She expressed gratitude towards her employer for letting her bring her children on work trips when she could, and said she felt very fortunate to have such a flexible work arrangement.
