The Latin Recording Academy has announced even more big-name artists who will be performing at this year’s Latin Grammy Awards, adding to an already impressive lineup.
Rauw Alejandro, nominated for Album of the Year, along with music icon Carlos Santana, regional Mexican singer Christian Nodal, and country star Kacey Musgraves will all perform at the awards show in Las Vegas on November 13th.
The show will also feature performances by several popular artists, including Alejandro Sanz, a 22-time Latin Grammy winner; Argentine singer Nathy Peluso; songwriter and producer Édgar Barrera; the Tejano band Grupo Frontera; Joaquina, a past winner of the Best New Artist award; and Venezuelan singer-songwriter Elena Rose.

The initial lineup of performers for the Latin Grammys features a diverse group of artists including Pepe Aguilar, Ivan Cornejo, DannyLux, Gloria Estefan, Kakalo, Carín León, Liniker, Morat, and Los Tigres del Norte.
As a huge fan of live music, I was already excited about the lineup, and it’s amazing to see so many incredible artists confirmed! They’ve got everything from the best in música Mexicana – Carín León, Pepe Aguilar, and the legendary Los Tigres del Norte – to the emotionally powerful sounds of sad sierreño with Iván Cornejo and DannyLux. And honestly, seeing a Latin pop icon like Gloria Estefan and the fantastic Colombian band Morat added to the excitement – it’s going to be an unforgettable show!
Joaquina excitedly announced on X (formerly Twitter) Tuesday morning that she will be performing at this year’s Latin Grammys. She admitted she was just as surprised as everyone else to receive the news.
Even though Santana isn’t nominated for any awards this year, the 78-year-old guitarist recently teamed up with Grupo Frontera to release the song “Me Retiro.”

The 26th Latin Grammy Awards nominations are out! Bad Bunny received the most nominations for the 2025 ceremony. You can find the complete list of nominees below.
Santana shared that this is only the first step in a lot more to come for the band. He described their goal as creating something truly special – envisioning a large-scale South American tour, almost like a ‘Latino Woodstock’.
Kacey Musgraves’ choice as an artist might be unexpected, but the 37-year-old recently collaborated with León on the song “Lost In Translation.” Released in August, the song celebrates how people can connect deeply even without a shared language or nationality. Musgraves has also long supported Mexican artists, and even joined Adriel Favela on Cuco’s track “Sitting in the Corner,” a dreamy ranchera-style song from Cuco’s 2022 album, “Fantasy Getaway.”
I’m so thrilled for León! He shared how honored he was to be performing at the awards show, and honestly, he deserves all the recognition. He’s up for three awards – Album of the Year, Contemporary Mexican Album for ‘Palabra de To’s (Seca),’ and Regional Song for ‘Si Tú Me Vieras’ featuring Maluma. And get this – he’s going to be the first Latin artist to perform at the Sphere in Vegas next year! It’s a huge moment for him and for Latin music in general, and I couldn’t be prouder to be a fan.
DannyLux expressed his excitement about performing at the Latin Grammys, reflecting on his family’s journey. He said he thinks about his parents and all they overcame, and emphasized that this achievement isn’t just his own—it’s for all children who have seen their parents work hard for a better future.
