Larsa Pippen’s, 50, toyboy Jeff Coby, 31, is engagement ring shopping amid whirlwind age-gap romance

Larsa Pippen’s much-younger boyfriend Jeff Coby is already ring shopping.

50-year-old cast member on The Real Housewives of Miami began seeing a Haitian-American basketball athlete aged 31, shortly after parting ways with Marcus Jordan, who is 34 years old, earlier in the year.

In a relatively brief period of acquaintance, the pair is quickly progressing towards a larger, more substantial relationship.

According to Coby, Pippen openly shares her likes and dislikes, making their current situation quite cooperative.

When it comes to questions about proposals and the timing thereof, I usually say that it’s all about finding the right moment when both parties are ready. In this instance, speaking from Coby’s point of view, he might express it as, “At present, my partner and I are engrossed in our respective commitments, keeping us both quite busy.

Coby added, ‘The only thing I can say is to confirm that it’s coming.’

Coby mentioned that his bond with Pippen has contributed significantly to his happiness, yet he finds it challenging to adapt to the limelight, as a past athlete at Columbia University.

Coby remarked, “At times, the public’s attention can get a little wild,” he added, “It’s crucial to focus carefully on safeguarding one’s home.

Coby remarked, ‘What makes it intriguing is that typically when you dine out, you don’t find a crowd ready to snap pictures of you as you exit.’

He mentioned that being aware of how stories can be portrayed helps bring us even closer, he added.

‘You really just want to do things that reflect the other person in the best light possible.’

Larsa was previously married to NBA Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen from 1997 to 2021.

The couple shares four kids: Scotty Jr., 24, Preston, 22, Justin, 19, and Sophia, 16.

Larsa was involved in a tumultuous, occasionally rekindling romance with Marcus Jordan, who is the offspring of basketball great Michael Jordan, a former teammate of Scottie’s on the Chicago Bulls.

They dated for two years before calling it quits in March 2024. 

Coby chose to reveal their upcoming wedding date in Miami on May 5th to TMZ, stating, “We will be getting married in November 2025.

‘2026,’ Coby corrected himself.

‘We’re getting married. It’s going to be a beautiful marriage. November 2025.’

Larsa then slightly smiled as she looked up at the 6ft8in former pro basketball player.

‘Are you proposing now?’ the lensman asked.

‘I can’t tell you where I’m going to propose,’ Jeff smiled coyly.

During the peculiar conversation, Larsa didn’t say a word. Instead, she simply nodded and murmured “thank you” several times as people continued to congratulate her.

It appears that the proprietor of DBC Fitness, David Alexander, is said to have arranged a meeting between Pippen and Coby during his gym’s 10-year anniversary celebration, which took place at ZZs Club Miami on January 9.

A dancer born in Florida who specialized in basketball, attempted to enter the 2017 NBA Draft. However, he was not selected in the draft and most recently, he played for the Yamaguchi Patriots up until 2023.

In March 2024, the four-child mother who had been intermittently involved with basketball great Michael Jordan’s son Marcus Jordan, decided to part ways and end their two-year union.

Marcus is now facing charges of cocaine possession.
