Lara Worthington let her natural looks glow as she arrived at Sydney Airport on Thursday.
The model went makeup-free as she made her way through the terminal in an oversized wool coat.
The 38-year-old wore a black hoodie with a pair of loose-fitting, grey and checked trousers.
She completed her outfit with sunglasses, which she took off shortly after, and carried a tote bag with a leopard print design.
The woman with blonde hair arrived in the city without makeup, explaining to people that she had just woken up.
Lara had her clear skin on show, and wore her bob slightly messy after her long flight.
The model previously shared her beauty routine, mentioning she uses Emma Lewisham skincare to maintain her radiant and youthful look.
She revealed her secret to glowing skin: a simple routine of just four products – a cleanser, eye cream, serum, and moisturizer.
She began by using the Illuminating Oil Cleanser, explaining that it effectively removes makeup without drying out your skin. She demonstrated its application using her hands.
I really like using an oil cleanser – it’s super hydrating, as you can tell. After that, I use the Skin Reset Serum. It’s honestly my favorite product, and it works wonders on things like dark spots and uneven skin tone.
She explained that when she was expecting her first child, she experienced severe skin discoloration. People kept telling her she’d get that ‘pregnancy glow,’ but she didn’t.
Worthington applied Skin Reset Eye Crème to her under-eye area and around her nose, then finished her skincare routine with Supernatural Face Crème Riche.
Worthington described the cream as quite thick, but a product she enjoys. She noted it contains 32 active ingredients and sometimes she uses it as an overnight treatment.
She explained that she often uses it as a protective layer under her makeup. She believes it helps keep her skin healthy, glowing, and well-hydrated, emphasizing how moisturizing it is.
Worthington has shared that she prefers a simple, natural skincare routine, focusing on hydration and vitamins instead of cosmetic surgery.
The Australian model said she tends to let her hair air dry and never uses a hair dryer.
While in Sydney, Worthington prioritizes self-care with regular facials. These treatments include things like chemical peels, light therapy, microdermabrasion, and hydrating infusions.
Lara also prioritizes her health with a supplement routine. When she travels, she always brings Omega-3s, Biotin, and Biosil to support healthy skin and hair, along with vitamin D and magnesium for overall skin health.
Worthington revealed her top beauty tip is to always wash your face before bed, and she strongly recommends wearing sunscreen daily.
Lara loves to enhance her beauty naturally, and one of her favorite methods is swimming in the ocean and soaking for 20 minutes daily to boost her vitamin D levels.
She maintains a healthy diet and drinks plenty of water – at least three liters daily – which she believes is key to her clear and radiant skin.
