With a stellar cast led by Billy Bob Thornton and Demi Moore, this new series from Taylor Sheridan promises to deliver the high-stakes drama and raw emotion that I’ve come to expect from his work.

If you love the show “Yellowstone”, here’s some exciting news! A new series titled “Landman” by Taylor Sheridan, the creator of “Yellowstone”, is set to debut on Paramount+ this coming Sunday, November 17th.

Among all the series created by Sheridan, Landman boasts one of the most impressive ensembles to date. If you enjoy watching shows past your bedtime, here’s some good news for you! The entire season of the series “Landman” will be available to stream on Paramount+ every night.

The trailer for the series titled “Landman” sets the stage, and essentially, it gives you a good idea of what to expect from this show. Think of it as Yellowstone, but centered around oil. It’s likely that it will make the film “There Will Be Blood” seem mild by comparison.

Set in the proverbial boomtowns of West Texas, LANDMAN is a modern-day tale of fortune seeking in the world of oil rigs.

The television show is inspired by the podcast “Boomtown,” created by Christian Wallace, who also contributes to its development. As depicted by Paramount+, the series delves into the surge of the oil industry in contemporary West Texas.

In the show, Thornton plays the role of Tommy Norris, a man employed by an oil corporation, known for swiftly resolving any issues that arise.

According to a report in Town and Country Magazine, it seems that Moore hinted at another season of “Landman” being in the pipeline, with filming likely to begin early next year. If this is true, we might be able to catch “Landman” season 2 by the end of 2025.
