Lana Del Rey cosies up to alligator tour guide husband Jeremy Dufrene as she gives an insight into their time at Paris Fashion Week

Lana Del Rey shared some personal photos from Paris Fashion Week showing her cuddling with her husband, Jeremy Dufrene, who works as an alligator tour guide.

The 40-year-old singer, recently married to Jeremy, shared details about their trip to Paris, where they arrived by private jet.

The couple were pictured exploring the sights, with Lana smiling for a photo outside the Louvre. 

She looked fashionable in several outfits reminiscent of vintage styles, including a cozy boucle coat with a plush fur trim.

Jeremy, accompanied by his wife at the Valentino show, stayed true to his personal style, wearing a checked jacket and a baseball cap.

Sharing the update to her Instagram, Lana captioned the carousel: ‘A series.’

Jeremy and his wife got married last September 26th in the Louisiana bayou, where he runs swamp boat tours. They haven’t been seen together in public very often since then.

This week, the couple made their first official appearance together at Paris Fashion Week, walking hand-in-hand to the Valentino show – their most visible public outing yet.

For the catwalk show Lana looked gorgeous in a flowing lilac dress with statement fur sleeves.

Jeremy dressed casually but fashionably, and he lovingly looked at his wife as they went to the event – a type of gathering he doesn’t typically attend.

Despite openly kissing and cuddling at the Valentino spring/summer 2026 show, body language expert Judi James told The Daily Mail that the couple’s affection seemed genuine and wasn’t a performance for the cameras.

According to an expert who spoke with The Daily Mail, Jeremy doesn’t fit the typical mold of a celebrity spouse, and that contrast is likely what makes him and Lana such an endearing couple.

She playfully showed off her husband to the audience, exclaiming how cute he was and beaming with pride.

She also pointed out that Lana seems genuinely happy in the photo. Surprisingly, considering how out of place Jeremy seemed transitioning from the Louisiana bayou to the unusual world of the Paris fashion scene, he also appears to be enjoying himself.

Lana’s body language, James said, suggested pride and affection throughout the event.

Lana was so eager to show him off, she even attempted to straighten his jacket for the red carpet photos. It didn’t quite close, but she didn’t seem to mind and still looked pleased.

Her actions mostly communicate a sense of possessive affection and playful attraction towards her husband. This is evident in small gestures, like how she holds his hand while walking, and in her playful, intimate looks when they pose for photos, anticipating a kiss.

The Grammy-nominated singer and Dufrene met in 2019 on one of his swamp tours. They reconnected and got married last year.

This new appearance follows Lana Del Rey’s recent, candid discussion about her marriage in an interview with W Magazine.

Jeremy, like many who work with big, potentially dangerous animals, has a very calming and confident demeanor, she explained. She said she felt an immediate connection with him, but worried their different backgrounds might create challenges in the relationship.

Even though she was worried, she remembered Dufrene saying he was used to difficult situations – ‘I work with alligators, I have tough skin.’ He always kept his promises. No matter how upset she got – and there were many times! – he would simply listen and reassure her, ‘Just be yourself, and I’ll love you even more.’
