Lainey Wilson and Devlin Hodges tied the knot last weekend in a beautiful ceremony at a Tennessee waterfall.

Thankfully, unlike her recent Stagecoach performance, there were no weather-related evacuations this time due to strong winds.

The country music star’s performance at Stagecoach was postponed for roughly an hour when attendees had to leave the festival grounds.

It sounded like the most magical day! According to Vogue, who got the exclusive scoop, the whole scene was just beautiful – you could hear the water flowing and birds chirping, with a gentle spring breeze. I actually arrived in a white horse-drawn carriage and walked down the aisle with my dad, Deddy, to meet Duck at the altar. Seriously, it felt like a fairytale!

She did indeed say “Deddy.” And while performing at Stagecoach, after a wind delay, she joked that she hoped her fans had been enjoying tequila in their cars during the brief evacuation.

The couple exchanged vows on Sunday, with a friend officiating. The ceremony took place on a stone ledge near a waterfall on the historic Ruskin property, located about an hour from Nashville.

According to Vogue, the groom chose a uniquely tailored green suit and a decorative bolo tie for the wedding. The bride wore 5-inch Louboutin heels with her Oscar de la Renta gown, and had custom, sparkly cowboy boots on hand, possibly to change into for the reception.

Wilson celebrated with a 12-piece jazz band and a Cajun-inspired meal, paying homage to her Louisiana heritage. The food was provided by her Nashville bar, Bell Bottoms Up, which is celebrating its second anniversary this month.

Russell Wilson, a former NFL quarterback now running his own businesses, and Ciara Hodges first met on a blind date in 2021. Their evening began with dinner by the water in Hendersonville, Tennessee, and ended with a visit to a lively country music venue. Ciara, a Grammy-winning singer, shared that they’ve been together almost constantly ever since.

The couple announced their engagement just before Valentine’s Day in 2025. He’s a former Los Angeles Rams player from 2021, now working as a real estate agent in Memphis, focusing on land and properties for leisure activities.
