Lady Gaga’s ‘Satanic’ Coachella Show Has Fans Calling It The Greatest Performance Ever

On Friday evening at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California, Lady Gaga stunned fans with an incredible, awe-inspiring performance on stage.

For the second time, the pop star (aged 39) was the main act at the annual music festival; her initial performance was in 2017. However, on this occasion, she truly went above and beyond.

The performer famed for her paparazzi-friendly hits planned an unforgettable show, starting with the song “Bloody Mary.” She wore a stunning red gown and stood before a darkly beautiful set featuring gargoyles and angels, causing some audience members to compare it to a ‘ritual of the occult.’

In the performance divided into four sections, the singer referred to it as a “desert opera house.” Subsequently, Lady Gaga performed a variety of songs, such as Abracadabra, Judas, and Scheiße.

At some point during the performance of Poker Face, the stage transformed into an enormous chessboard. Here, Lady Gaga and her dance troupe engaged in a choreographed dance competition divided into two teams. Ultimately, Gaga was the one who triumphed over her opponents.

In the midst of breathtaking scenery, impressive stage designs, multiple wardrobe transformations, and undeniably powerful singing, everyone seemed to agree – this was ‘the most outstanding Coachella performance ever given.’

After Lady Gaga’s performance on X (previously known as Twitter), music enthusiasts swiftly expressed their appreciation and admiration for her set.

I’m at a loss for words, but let me try: This Lady Gaga performance at Coachella could very well go down as the best in Coachella history.

Lady Gaga utterly dominated her Coachella debut with songs like Bloody Mary, Abracadabra, Judas, and a surprise track called Scheiße. This performance exceeded all our wildest expectations!

In my view, Lady Gaga delivered the greatest Coachella performance ever. Therefore, I believe the remaining acts should pack up and go home. This year’s Coachella might as well be called off.

Before her upcoming Coachella show, Lady Gaga conveyed her enthusiasm, preparing herself to step onto the stage.

Last month, she confided in The New York Times that she’s been preparing for Coachella and is incredibly thrilled about it. However, she’s had many sleepless nights due to her eagerness to deliver an outstanding performance.

In March, it was revealed that the artist famous for Bad Romance had scheduled tour dates for 2025, spanning the United Kingdom, North America, and Europe. During this tour, she will perform on prestigious stages like London’s O2 Arena and Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Tickets for the long-awaited tour go on sale Thursday, April 17. 

It’s been revealed that the artist known for her hit single “Poker Face” will be taking her Mayhem Ball Tour to Australia towards the end of the year, as a means of promoting her most recent album titled Mayhem.

On December 5, 7th, Gaga will perform at Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium, Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium on the 9th, and Sydney’s Accor Stadium on the 12th. (Note: I added “7th” for clarity in referring to the second date.)

It will also be Lady Gaga’s first-ever leg of stadium shows Down Under.
