Lady Gaga flashes her massive $1M engagement ring as she kisses fiance Michael Polansky on his birthday

Lady Gaga showed off her impressive $1 million engagement ring in a birthday post featuring a kiss with her fiancé, Michael Polansky.

The famous singer, engaged to the successful businessman since the summer, posted a loving message on Instagram celebrating his 42nd birthday.

The 39-year-old singer-songwriter posted three photos, one of which showed them sharing a kiss on a date at a goat farm.

She shared a photo of them kissing while waiting in line at a mobile bar, and another of his birthday cake.

In the first picture of them showing affection, she put her arm around his shoulders and clearly displayed the large engagement ring on her finger.

Page Six reports the ring is likely worth about $1 million and features a diamond estimated to be between 10 and 20 carats.

The singer promoted her Haus Labs makeup by completely covering herself in paint. In the accompanying social media post, she also wrote a loving message to her partner of about six years.

‘Happy Birthday to my honey,’ she began. ‘I hope 42 is your best year yet.’

She went on to say, ‘You’ve accomplished so much in your 42 years, and I’m incredibly proud of you, not just today, but every single day. I’m also so thankful for the day you were born.’

She explained that his birthday isn’t just incredibly special to him, but it’s also her favorite day of the entire year!

She also shared a sneak peak of their romantic birthday celebration in her caption.

She described a lovely day: a cool, almost rainy walk filled with birthday smiles, laughter, and delicious angel food cake drizzled with chocolate sauce.

‘Even this goat knows what a happy day your birthday is to me. I love you.’ 

The pair first sparked romance rumors in 2019 when they were spotted together on New Year’s Eve. 

Lady Gaga publicly revealed she is engaged while at the Paris Olympics last year. She referred to her partner, Polansky, as ‘my fiancé’ during a conversation with French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal.

In September 2024, Lady Gaga shared on The Graham Norton Show that she’d originally planned to keep her engagement private.

‘He proposed on April 1st, and I thought he was joking,’ the Just Dance performer said of Polansky. 

At the Olympics, we were filmed greeting the Prime Minister, and I accidentally revealed on camera that the person with me was my fiancé. I’d been hoping to keep our relationship private!

That same month, the celebrity shared her desire to have a family, revealing her long-term plans in an interview with BuzzFeed Canada.

Gaga shared her joy about finding love and her eagerness to start a family, saying these things are her top priority right now.

Three months before that, at the Los Angeles premiere of Joker: Folie à Deux, Lady Gaga affectionately told People magazine, ‘I’m just so in love with my fiancé.’

He’s not just my best friend, he’s my partner, and being with him makes everything feel different and better.

We took a trip and went rock climbing together. We’d climbed before and really enjoyed it, but he didn’t propose when we reached the top. We climbed to the summit, admired the view, and took some pictures.

We walked back towards our room, and it was typical of Michael to ask if he could ask me a question.

I was so thrilled when he asked if I’d be okay with a proposal! Honestly, I practically shouted, ‘Yes, absolutely! Please go for it!’ It was such a sweet thing to ask, and of course, I was completely on board.

You know, when Jimmy Kimmel playfully asked if my partner proposed on one knee, I told him that didn’t happen – and honestly, that’s perfectly okay with me! I consider myself a modern woman, and I really appreciated the way he *did* ask. It felt right for us, and that’s what truly matters.

The singer said they haven’t decided on wedding plans yet, admitting, ‘We’re still figuring things out.’
