Internationally recognized singer Lady Gaga has at last addressed the comments made by her former classmate in a private Facebook group, who once stated she would never achieve fame.
The music icon, 38, has numerous hits under her belt in addition to Grammy wins and an Oscar victory – but before making it big, she was a student at NYU’s Tisch School of Arts.
At some point, Stefani Germanotta’s classmates established a Facebook group named, “Stefani Germanotta, you won’t ever achieve fame.
Now, Lady Gaga has at last addressed the existence of this particular group by posting an uplifting message on social media, following a fan who shared a screenshot of the group on their TikTok account.
According to Gaga, some of the people I studied with created this a while ago. She emphasized this point on her recent post on Wednesday, stating that one should never stop pushing forward even if others express doubts or try to belittle you – persistence is key.
For quite some time now, the exclusive circle known to Lady Gaga’s followers comprises only 12 individuals. This intimate group showcases an early photograph of Gaga with a black ‘X’ mark covering her face.
The upcoming star boasts brown locks, and she dons a blue jacket along with a tank top while flashing a smile for the camera.
For three academic terms, Lady Gaga attended New York University; subsequently, she decided to abandon her studies and concentrate on her burgeoning music career, as stated by Village Preservation blog. At that time, she was 19 years old.
In 2009, she shared with Elle that although she adored New York University, she felt she could learn more about art on her own compared to what the school could offer, which was why she decided to drop out.
‘I strongly believed that New York played a significant role in my education, pushing me to strike out on my own. Social events like fraternity parties held little appeal for me. In May, it was announced that Stefani Germanotta, who is better known as a star, would be releasing her seventh studio album shortly.
She shared the news at the end of her Chromatica Ball concert movie on HBO and Max, with a title card that read, ‘LG7. Gaga returns.’
Lady Gaga’s skills extend beyond just music; she has demonstrated her acting prowess by receiving an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress for A Star Is Born, along with many other acting roles.
In the upcoming movie “Joker: Folie à Deux,” she will be sharing the screen with Joaquin Phoenix, portraying the character of Harley Quinn.
Outside of entertainment, she also has a line of cosmetics, Haus Labs.
In terms of romantic relationships, Gaga got engaged to her long-term partner, Michael Polansky, earlier this year.
