Kylie Minogue looks super glam as she joins Kate Moss and Richard E Grant in leading the stars in Charlotte Tilbury’s Christmas campaign video
As a die-hard fan of beauty, fashion, and all things glamorous, I can hardly contain my excitement over Charlotte Tilbury’s Christmas video! The star-studded lineup is nothing short of a dream come true for me.
Kylie Minogue joins forces with Kate Moss, Richard E Grant, and Amelia Dimoldenberg in Charlotte Tilbury’s holiday video, which has been unveiled.
For an impressive roster of stars, the makeup entrepreneur, Charlotte Tilbury, prepared her fresh Christmas campaign, christened as The Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Show, ensuring a spectacular display of talent.
On Tuesday, a video of the stars debuted, each showcasing their unique, once-popular performances – their individual one-time hits – in an extraordinary talent show.
56-year-old Kylie moved gracefully in a sparkling minidress, trying to mesmerize the audience with her dance and charm.
For several years, the creator behind the popular song “Padam Padam” and a renowned cosmetics expert, now both aged 51, haven’t collaborated on any makeup project until now. This is their inaugural joint endeavor in the field of beauty.
In 2019, Charlotte even launched a lipstick named Dancefloor Princess in homage to Kylie.
In a statement about representing the brand, Kylie expressed: “Working alongside Charlotte was an absolutely fantastic experience for me!
‘We’ve known each other for years and always have a blast together so I knew her holiday campaign would be a hoot. We danced around, laughed a lot and had the best time. And, I got to hypnotise Charlotte.’
Meanwhile in the video supermodel Kate, 50, popped out of a gift box in a red ball gown.
For quite some time, these two women have been closely associated with the Tilbury ventures, having forged a strong friendship that dates back to when they first worked together on a photoshoot for a magazine in the 1990s. Remarkably, Kate even holds the role of godmother to Charlotte’s offspring.
In her teenage years, at just 14, Kate emerged as a prominent fashion model during the ’90s, and meanwhile, Charlotte rose to popularity among top makeup artists of that time.
For quite some time, she’s served as a source of inspiration for numerous Charlotte Tilbury advancements. Last year, she was chosen to represent the Beautiful Skin Foundation line.
It’s also reported that Kate served as an inspiration for the initial release of the iconic lipstick, Pillow Talk. This is because Charlotte shared that the model was among the first to don this shade on a high-profile event.
‘Charlotte and I have been friends for years and we’ve made so many memories together,’ she said.
‘I loved coming out of the giant gift box. I wouldn’t expect anything less from Charlotte.’
30-year-old Amelia Dimoldenberg, host of Chicken Shop Date, welcomed attendees at the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty event, which included celebrities such as Richard E Grant, age 67, Kameron Saunders, a well-known dancer for Taylor Swift, and model Jourdan Dunn, aged 34.
Joining our campaign lineup are Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, a talented actress from “Pose”, aged 33, and the young Australian model, Leah Halton, who is 23 years old.
Richard expressed: “Earlier this year, if someone had asked me if I’d be part of a beauty campaign for the holidays, I would have considered it improbable. However, when Charlotte reached out, it was tough to refuse as she’s simply charming! Being in her holiday campaign turned out to be a joy – I had a fantastic time!
I thoroughly enjoyed incorporating a theatrical and dramatic flair into this series, and it was exhilarating to explore unconventional ideas typically not associated with a beauty campaign.
In the images from the launch event, Richard – an avid fan of Charlotte’s skincare line – appeared more youthful than ever, donning a sleek black velvet jacket with a polka-dot necktie, and stylishly combing his hair back.
In the video, we see Bella Tilbury, Charlotte’s niece, along with Leah Halton and the London Gay Men’s Chorus frequently appearing, each donning red wigs to portray Charlotte.
Additionally, it was revealed that proceeds from every Magic Cream sale taking place on Wednesday, World Kindness Day, would be given to the Kings Trust.
In reference to the event, she mentioned: “You’re familiar with the traditional royal show, but this one is unique! It’s the debut of an enchanting, first-of-its-kind global beauty variety spectacle, boasting a dazzling roster of exceptional stars.
